First off Juan was amazing. My husband and I decided run in and find a quick item. We didn’t see anything that stuck out and he went to the back bringing out more items. We found something we absolutely loved and in our budget. The staff was really friendly. Really clean and offering several options. Check it out and ask for Juan the manager.

These guys were very cool and easy to work with. It was nice to feel like i was in an old school, non-corporate pawn shop. This guitar checked a lot of boxes for me, but they still had room to discuss a price that made sense. I really enjoyed this store!

Went in because this is where I got my first firearm and Mike was amazing!!! Taught me everything I needed to know to get my conceal carry, and pick up the perfect firearm…. Fast forward to yesterday, now that I’m learning more and know more I went back in to get me a little 38 special, Mike had moved up the totem pole so I was kinda Leary to talk to anyone else but I got Ricardo!! And OMG!! He was fabulous, i asked him to hold the firearm for me as i had some errands to run, he said yes and unfortunately i had to call and tell him i would be back in the am instead. Went in today and he was there with the same welcoming aura!! Smiling and recognized us right off the bat, and it was his Birthday!!! Happy Birthday Rick!! Anyways he was fantastic!!! sweet, kind, knowledgeable in every question I asked about my new baby!!! He stayed and talked with us while we were waiting for paperwork, made us feel like we were his #1 customer!! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service, selection, knowledge and atmosphere here!! By the end we were all laughing even the other employees!! Thanks guys!! Thanks for always being great!!

Edit: There was an issue with an item I purchased. They called the day after to check on how the service was and I explained the situation. They told me to come in so they could check it out. Awesome place! I came in to sell my dewalt impact with recip saw as I needed the funds for a new Drill. I noticed they had a Milwaukee Drill on display. Emilio and his staff were more then accommodating on the deal for the my items and the drill. Even my wife was able to find some kitchenware items at such a great price. Needlessly to say We walked out very happy with our experience at Simple pawn.

Went in looking, as I usually do to add to my Milwaukee Battery Tools which are expensive but if you find the right conditioned tool and if you go to Simple Pawn its like buying new. You know the old ratty beat up tool counters in other stores, not here. They find the right boxes and put the pieces as if new. Batteries are in awesome shape. If you are looking for real battery tools...it Simple Pawn.
