I really enjoy this specific branch because every single person I’ve encountered is very professional and nice. Today was no exception. Leo was the teller who assisted me and was courteous, patient and provided additional information I was not aware of. He made me feel valued as a customer. I also spoke with the manager Lee who was equally very professional and friendly. He was appreciative of my words about Leo and stated Leo had been with the bank for a long time. I highly recommended this branch for their excellent customer service something that is rare to find these days in financial institutions.

Great experience. I walked in to set up a fun savings account and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Riccardo was super informative and guided me to the right person who could help. Yesenia helped me open up the account and was able to answer all of my odd questions. She was very professional and personable, easy to talk to. I also broke the coin machine and four agents all gathered around to help me out. They fixed it and got me on my way. Very thankful for that! Leo the teller has always been very helpful. He is pleasant and professional. He will ask how I am doing today and how may I help you. After I reply and he takes care of me, he will ask if there is anything else he can do for me. He replies after the end of the transaction have a good day. He never forgets to ask for my password and he always has a smile on.

Chris at the booth was very helpful!! He went out of his way to assist me when he could’ve just say “you need an appointment” like the 3 other representative I talked to before him. I’m not sure if it’s a training opportunity for the other 3 but a representative should always give a guests/customer an option rather than pushing them away. Anyway, thank you Chris. I’ve been here 3 times my first two experiences were not that great, however, my third experience was amazing and very helpful. The bank attendant that helped me was Rosa! I’ve been trying to get a personal loan and the process has been so easy, she has also been very kind and has explained everything to me through the whole process of getting my loan.

Rosa Lugo was exceptionally amazing. I started my process with another member service rep and I believe he went on vacation so Rosa took over my application process. She helped me with all my financial needs and made sure I was taken care of. I don’t understand how this financial institution want new clients but their automated system (phone) makes it impossible to get you to a live agent to schedule an appointment with them?! I called about ten times and none of the options the system gives you applies to new clients wanting to do any type of business with bank. I wanted a new business checking and savings with them but could not get to speak with anyone because I could not get pass through the dumb automated system. Waist of my time. When will this companies learn that times have change and people’s time are too valuable to be waisted. Also, most ppl don’t have the patience anymore due to the fast pace lifestyles this generation brings.

Yesenia Melendez was such a great help. Had my car financed at another bank and decided to finance at my bank so much better. My interest was lower and certain things I didn’t need on my car I took off.Mrs Melendez saved me money that can go towards my car payments. Thank you so much .

I’ve had the pleasure of banking at this bank for years and I’ve never had a problem, but lately they are really going above and beyond in their customer service realm. There are some wonderful customer service reps at this branch but I would like to specifically point out, Lee who is really a friendly awesome teller, we also have John who is very charismatic and friendly, and Marilyn, Jan and Yarelyz as well who are all also super friendly and they always greet you with a smile. Over all I am very happy to be a part of a Kissimmee’s friendliest branch as they always make us feel at home upon arrival. Thank you all. Alex the branch manager has a very good team on his hands.
