Where do I begin? When my wife brought up looking into buying a house, I immediately dreaded it. I did not want to look into buying a house because I thought it was going to be beyond stressful. However, we were recommend to Howard at Butler mortgage and he went above and beyond any expectations my wife and I had. Howard sat with my wife and I the first day we met and explained he would be looking out for us like if we were his own children. From then on out, Howard, Josh, and others from the team bent over backwards for us answering calls at any time of the day, any day of the week. Howard found us a great realtor that cared about us equally as much. Howard and Josh walked us through each and every step and explained everything thoroughly. I truly felt like the Butler mortgage team truly cared about me and didn't feel like I was just another customer. Howard and Josh even sat with us at our closing day and helped guide us through that day to keep the stress down. I will forever use Butler mortgage anytime I'm looking at a new house and not think twice about it. In fact, my builder's called and said I could save $8,000.00 off my closing costs if I used their lender and when I told Howard that, he said he understood if we stopped using him and went with the builder's lender. I explained to Howard that even though that was a large amount of money I could save, I had build a trusting bond with him and his team and I would stick with them. Never made a better decision in my life and I couldn't have been happier for sticking with Howard and Josh through all of this. In fact, Howard explained he would keep us under a certain closing cost no matter what, and when the closing costs came out to be a little above that number that Howard promised, he lowered his fees so we could be under that original number. I will recommend this business to anyone that comes to me about looking into buying a new home and I know that they would be in the best hands possible. I can't say enough about this group of people and the business they do.

I love Butler Mortgage! I originally bought my house through them and then I recently did a refinance through them. They are so helpful and supportive and fun to work with. A very personable experience. Lori and Casey are the best! My refinance was about to close and then Hurricane Irma hit, damaging my roof. It had to be fixed in order to close and trying to get a roofer to call me back was nearly impossible, but they hung in there and kept me from throwing in the towel. I was referred to Butler Mortgage through our realtor, their closing prices are very competitive. Credit union had a better price on mortgage insurance premium, but the closing price was very reasonable with Butler. Lori and Casey and the rest of the team were very helpful. Lori would respond to our requests on weekends, which went above and beyond her duties. The re-scoring process was a bit stressful, but they helped as much they could with that. We closed 2 days after original date with no problem. My husband had a last minute change of situation with part time income and thanks to Lori's expertise, it didn't even affect the loan. I'm overall satisfied with their service and very grateful for their hard work. Would definitely consider them in the future. Thanks!
