They randomly put a 6 to 9 day hold on my check that was less than 4k(even the 5k ones only take two days to show up in the account. The three checks I deposited were treated as one single deposit so ALL that I deposited is on old for a week....no warning.....

Went thru the drive-thru to make a simple deposit. I had the slip and everything ready, I send the money through the tube. there were only 5 cars and 3 lanes open. It took 35 minutes for them to get me a receipt. I actually had to call the teller and ask her what was taking so long. Just so she could ask me “why were you here for?” this teller had not clue what she was doing...it never fails, you should expect long waits when you come to this bank. “Americans most inconvenient bank”

Worst bank experience ever. Signed in waited 45 minutes to only be told I was called already. Which the waiting area is a very small space no one was seated in the area when I signed in I sat with my child and waited patiently. To be told I was called. Then the other employees when I asked why I hadn't been called were very rude. Highly disappointed and to think I was there to open a account with this kind of company who treats their customers like this. Julio should really be addressed on his customer service skills.

The experience at the car window is terrible, they’re slow, see you and don’t greet you, and are completely uncoordinated. Waited about 10 minutes to deposit a single check and I was the ONLY person there the whole time. It took 3 people to complete the transaction because everyone kept switching tasks and forgetting about me. I also had to buzz twice so that they remembered I was still there because they just kept standing there taking amongst themselves... At least they seemed friendly.

As a business this bank offers mobile deposit under $3,000 per month for over 90 days then a second mobile deposit increase of $5,000 until reaching the cap of 50k max. Waited over 30min before finding out this bank with minimal branches won't offer solutions to their business account holders. This Bank for us is a Pass!

I never has any issues until Covid, after all this customer service is terrible, yo can't go inside the bank, you have to go online and get in line on a queue an then we need to wait under the FL 100 degree sun for them to call you, this is abusive.

This bank sent me a welcome card saying open an acct. We will give you 150-300 dollars (depending on what acct) its been 6 months now they claim they dont send cards out. Talked to 4 differentvso called managers and nothing. Dont play with peoples $$$ false advertising!!!! Do not bank here!!!

They have the ability to make a withdrawal because of a debt, okay no problem. But if I want to get a withdrawal oh suddenly “my account is restricted” this mf had me come in twice just to say Oh there’s nothing we can do. Bro what ? Just say it ain’t ready next time

There is always a long wait here. I love TD Bank for banking but this branch definitely falls short of brand standards. They seem to either be unorganized or they are severely under staffed. Every time I come I wait 30 minutes in drive through or inside just to get a teller. And no I don’t mean in a line. Today I pulled up, no line and waited 20 minutes just to be acknowledged. No one else was in line. Unfortunately there is not another branch closer. It may be enough for me to close accounts and find another branch.

Zero regards for people’s time. I went to the branch drive-thru window to make a withdrawal. Can someone explain why i waited 10 minutes and the car infront of me still wasn’t taken care of and they were there before me. I understand that at times things get crazy as I work in a busy industry myself. However, there is no reason why someone should wait an ungodly amount of time to be attended to! America’s most convenient bank? I think not!

Very poor follow through. I deposited a check through the ATM on a sunday morning - the atm malfunctioned and my check got stuck. I called support who told me i needed to wait til the drive through window opened - then I called the drive through later in the day and they told me to call the customer support # on the back of my ATM card. Support folks at that number were pretty helpful but i had to wait til monday for the ATM unit to be opened to recover my stuck check. Called daily(today is Thursday) - each time a promise for a call back which never occurs and each time they get the amount of the check incorrect.... It is $960 - they keep saying it's $60 (not that the amount should matter). Very disorganized and I honestly don't think they care at all.

Great Bank! They have fast, friendly customer service and the personal bankers are professional and knowledgeable. This is a very convenient location for me and I love that they're open until 6 p.m. M-F and have weekend hours. It really is a "convenient bank", as their commercial says.

Like wow!!!! They really do not care. I walked into this branch two times before I could get my card replaced. First time huge line, second time huge line. All I want to do is get a card replacement. Called in to get it and they asked me to send a secure message. Seemed redundant so I went in to wait. The customer service lady literally took people ahead of me even though I was waiting longer. The only reason being she knows the people. After this experience and how bad their online banking is I'm moving my money out of this bank and going to another bank. Such a waste of time and I still don't have my replacement card. Like just wow, I'm tempted to call their corporate office but I just flat out gave up on TD bank. Worst bank ever!!! P.S. the sofa I'm sitting on in this branch legit smells of urine, super gross
