McKenzie with the Woods Cross Branch was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of us and our needs. We came in about 15 minutes to closing and she ended up staying an hour later helping to get our loan finalized and the whole time she was so kind, helpful and has a great attitude about it all. Highly recommend her and this branch!

I have done a few auto loans with this credit union and they are really great. Rates are competitive, there customer service is excellent, and their applications and process is user friendly. Today I did a loan in a side x side with McKenzie and she was awesome.

I opened both personal and business accounts recently at the Bountiful location. It had been 10+ years since I’d opened new accounts. McKenzie was great, as she walked me through the whole process explaining what was needed and set expectations. McKenzie even followed up with me on her day off. I have to say that although I’ve worked with McKenzie the most, that all the the personnel in Bountiful have been great! Always in good moods.

Love Utah First! They have been very helpful and a great financial institution. I have had to travel quite a bit and even moved out of state for a year and they handled everything flawlessly. Most recently there was a fraudulent charge on my card and they quickly gathered the information and investigated. They concluded it was in fact fraudulent and I had the money back in my account within a couple days. Definitely worth moving your business here!

I love Utah First Credit Union. In the past banking was an intimidating experience for me but Utah First has been very helpful and user-friendly for me. When I call with questions they are not in a hurry, they give me as much time as I need to understand. I expect a lot from them and they do not disappoint!

McKenzie at Utah First Credit Union was exactly as Helpful, Friendly, Articulate and Prompt as you’d hope a Credit Unions representative would be when you need banking services. Her customer service was on point! Prospective future employers would do well to keep tabs on her as a financial expert. Earlier in the day, another credit Union had refused me service. McKenzie didn’t seem to have any problems, and quickly got me set up with the savings and checking services I needed. My daughter just moved to Utah and within a couple of weeks her car died. We did a mad scramble to find a car from out of state. We were able to find one but then doing the financing and paperwork from 600 miles away absolutely freaked me out! I was so grateful to be connected to Samantha at Utah First. Crystal helped me obtain an auto loan and was so helpful! I was having an issue with the online application not going through on their end, so she took an application with me over the phone in the morning, and by the afternoon we were approved. My wife and I are so happy with the service we received and we would definitely recommend Utah First.
