Pawn Depot 500 W, Bountiful

Bountiful has been needing a place like this. Best pawn shop around! They have some of the best products and prices I've ever seen. I can't seem to stay away. Employees are awesome, friendly and very knowledgeable. Not only do I buy from this place (probably more then I should) but I have come here to sell items since they have always given me the top dollar for my things. I would pick this place over any other pawn shop within 100 miles. If you haven't been here yet then your missing out. Place is awesome!!

Was just in and my son wanted to get me a fathers day present. They gave me an awesome deal on a switchblade type knife and one of the employees even chipped in $3 that i was short. Super friendly definitely recommend and will be back in the future

Worst pawn shop I have ever dealt with in 15 years! Go to Bountiful pawn instead! Very shady and dishonest business. I got a $30 loan on a $500 Nixon watch that was brand new in tje box never even been worn that my father gave me before he passed. Only tool out 30 on a $500 dollar item. I called to see what the late fee would be as i was a couple days late on my payment and was informed it was already sold! Who sells a 5p0 dollar item that had a $30 loan after being late for 2 days? Well Ill tell you, one of the owner/bosses, thats who. Sounds like they purposely screwed me over being 2 days late so that an EMPLOYEE, not a customer could basically steal my stuff at a ridiculously low price! The last thing my father gave me before he passed. I told them about this and they really could care less. I feel like they should have given it or at least sold it back just on the sentimental value alone. Absolute scum of the earth as far as im concerned! Used pawn shops since i was 18 and NEVER had my stuff sold after only 2 days of being late...thats why they have late fees. Would advise not going here. Got to Bountiful pawn down the street if you dont want to ne ripped off, plus they give you more money for your items. What a disgrace of a business.

Great guys in there with good deals. They matched prices of items I found on KSL, let me test everything out, looked up things and made sure I got the best deal. They told me they care most about customer relations.

OMG!!!!!!! No!!!!!!!!! I have been a customer for a long time. I call everytime something comes up. Why would you not call me before you sold my pawn. My god that has so much more value than can imagine. It was giving to me by my friend who is no longer with us. I cant believe it. This is like a nightmare. This is the second time you sold my pawn on same day it was put on the shelf. I dint even know what to say. I paid more intrest than I borrowed. Why would you do this....... So my review is I recieved a loan for far less than my item was worth. I paid every month. Then I ran into problems so i fell a little behind. I know is a business but what business would do this? If you need a loan on something that is valuable to your heart. Dont bring it here. Because if you happen to run into a hard time. Say goodbye to your things. Like i said i understand its a business and I was late. But I communicated and made a partial payment that did not show up on computer or receipt and you said dont worry you know me. And look what happened because i trusted.

Fair, very fair. I have dealt with lots of pawn shops who are just out to screw you, but these guys will give you a fair value on your merchandise. Hey, it's the internet age, if you want full value sell it yourself. I was able to broker a deal for a gun, they were willing to trade. If you find a piece you like on the gun exchange from these guys and would like to trade? Bring your piece down see what deal can be made, because I'm telling you, real fair, won't be disappointed, and from what I saw, pretty good selection of guns.

Went in the store twice because they had a shotgun listed that I was interested in. The first time the guy running the store talked with a friend that was visiting the store for 45 minutes without once asking if I needed help or to look at something. The second time I walk into the store and the same situation where the guy running the store was talking about random BS with a friend and not offering to help a single person in the store when there was two people literally standing at the counter waiting while he proceeded to tell the person he was talking to that he didnt care about losing business because it wasnt going to hurt him. Not going to waste my money on a company that doesnt care about their customers.

Braxton was one of the most dishonest people I’ve ever met. Lying and taking advantage of people. I had subwoofers that I had no idea the value of. He offered me $80 saying he’d be lucky to get $100 out of them. I took the $80 and came back about 15 minutes later because I forgot something and the speakers had a price tag of $220. Buyer beware I guess. Absolute scum if you ask me. Take your business somewhere else.

This pawn shop is amazing. I bought a guitar from there but it had problems and needed repairs so I took it back and they traded it for a new one without hesitation. Very friendly I recommend this place

Scum! I was looking for a concrete saw. There was one that had been pawned. The kid at the counter told me that he would sell it to me for $650 in two weeks, if the guy did not come back for it. I went back two weeks later. The owner was there and said I have to wait another week. I waited another week. I go back in and the kid is there again. He tells me he can't sell it to me for that cheap, even though he is the one that came up with the price. He tells me the lowest he can go is $700. That, obviously was annoying and all I could think about was what poor customer service these guys have. I finally agree to $700. I write the check and then he tells me he can't accept a check. To recap, they did not honor the price they, on their own, came up with. They wasted three weeks of my time waiting for this. After I agree to their unethical terms, they wont take my method of payment. Poor business. Stay away. After I posted my review on Facebook they replied with calling my business "bogus", calling me "sour grapes", and replying with the crying emoji.
