Ismael is the most professional, knowledgeable agent that I've ever encountered at a pawn shop. He's fair and great customer service. USA pawn is the best place to go for fair prices and great merchandise.

I called in to see if they could authenticate my LV purse & they offered to do it for little to no cost to me. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the store manager Griffin, whom I spoke to and a sweet girl working there. I’ve never been to a pawn shop before but I’m glad I came to this one! Great products at reasonable prices & exceptional customer service. They even printed out a certificate for me, really went above and beyond with no hesitation. I will definitely come here again in the future! They had a huge selection of excellent condition smart TVs, apple watches, jewelry, MacBooks you name it!

Quite unpleasant to do business with. I bought a gaming headset here and it was listed for $60 but one of the employees said she work with me and after tax it was about $42 sweet! Right? well when i got home i was able to look them up online and on amazon they were regularly listed for $25 so I called the pawn shop to ask if I could return it stating that I was not given a receipt and they said yes. so I waited 2 days and when i brought it in for a return they told me it had to be within 24 hours unless I purchased a protection plan. I wasn't given a receipt, I wasn't made aware of the return policy either at time of purchase or over the phone when asking if I could return it, I wasn't offered a protection plan and I paid almost twice as much for a used headset vs a new one. will never go back here and will advise people to do the same.

Shawn went out of his way to correct an issue I had. Jewelry prices are reasonable and they are willing to work and help you out with any question or genuine issue you may have. I have to specify genuine/legitimate issue, not you trying to scam them and them not falling for it.

They were very kind and helpful. The staff also seems to be in good spirits and they seem to have management that treats their employees like actual human beings which is nice.
