Firearm selection had something for everyone and something fit the budget with having a name brand attached, comparable pricing for guns and ammo but well worth purchasing a use firearm through.

I have been buying guns from these guys for years now. I have never had a bad experience. These guys are great, I've bought new and used, tactical and collectible, and mundane to stuff requiring special ATF papers. They can help with it all. They have helped step me through the process for getting a suppressor and I was so happy I'm currently waiting on ATF for a second one I purchased through them. These guys know and like guns and have fair pricing. I definitely recommend them.

Went in to purchase a gun. Asked a few questions and the gun salesman was rude. Don't know if he was prejudice or just an a$$. Worst customer service ever. I will never suggest this place. One star for the store being descent. Response to the owners feedback; We were not felons just asking questions that we didn't know. Been awhile since we've owned a gun. I didn't say anything for the ATF to be looking me up. Look me up and see how superb I am. Goes to show how rude you are. My point was your service. The other couple that was in there were hispanic too and the owner yelled at them. (Using a phone) even if it wasn't allowed he didn't have to be so loud/rude. Found a great place and will be returning to them because they had excellent customer service. Couldn't of been more happier. Yea I get it, times are crazy but you don't have to be. What you said "owner" is absolutely right. just wrong on how you handled the situation. We wish you well on your business. Just not going to get our business.

The best place in town to go! Helped me out in a crunch and is super understanding. Hopefully I don't need to go back but if I do I know they will help me out!!

Best pawn shop in Arizona. I bought a hand gun from them they sold it to me cheaper than the listed price. My bought jewelry that was an excellent quality for an awesome price. They were very friendly and polite to us both I will always return this Pawn shop.

If I could give this place negative five stars I would. The man who owns it, is a terrible person. I brought in a rings both made from a famous jeweler in San Diego. The owner wanted them immediately upon seeing them. I told him no, I just wanted to pawn them. Fast forward, it came time for me to pick them up they told me they already sold them!!!!! It was on the day my ticket expired!! My Mom gave those to me! He's a terrible person and this place is terrible. Don't pawn here!

Not the largest selection of goods in the area, but they make up for that in customer service. They also clean guns, some people dont have the time or want to clean their own firearm, so they will do it for a fee. Which is nice. Don't be afraid to haggle, after all its a pawn shop, if you want to buy something make an offer. The guy running the place was knowledgeable and was quite nice. I will go back in the future.

The staff here was extremely helpful and the nicest. Larry was so calm and we didn't feel pressured when we were looking at rings. He was able to find us something that we fell in love with and was able to work with us. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The place is fantastic. The staff was very helpful and invested in my transaction, even when i came in thirty minutes before they closed. They've never given me a price that wasn't fair and they genuinely aren't trying to rip you off like the several other pawn shops in Tempe/Mesa. Nothing but good things from these guys. The customer service I received at Liberty Pawn today was absolutely amazing! It was my first time visiting the store and I was treated like an old friend of the staff. I purchased a firearm component from them and come to find out the parts to fit the component I already owned were not compatible (no fault of the component that I purchased from Liberty Pawn). The staff worked for a long time with their gunsmith tools determined to modify my parts to fit properly with a smile on their faces and a “no quit” attitude. Their vast knowledge of firearms and attention to detail left me with a well functioning upgraded firearm thanks to their hard work and determination. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond what they had to do just to make sure I left with a properly functioning firearm. These guys provided customer service that is near impossible to find and saved me a lot of money to go to a gunsmith to have things modified to function properly. Liberty Pawn will now be my “go to” for any of my firearm needs!

My husband and I went this weekend to a few pawn shops to find a replacement wedding set as mine recently broke and lost the stone. This was the first place we stopped and after checking out 2 others in the area, we returned here to buy my set. The owner was very patient and friendly. The other employees seemed responsive and helpful as well. We got a great price on a set we put on layaway. They easily have the best selection of jewelry in the area and at really great prices. We will definitely be returning customers!

I have sold many items to them and received a fair price. I have been helped by Larry and also Nick. In the photo I added, Larry is appraising and making an offer to buy an 18 kt yellow gold ruby and diamond necklace, bracelet and earring suite... I'll be back again and again..,. they are my go-to partners in the resale business. I am a licensed second-hand dealer, selling strictly online, or to Liberty Pawn, so I know a professional when I meet them... Larry and all the people working here are the BEST there is. Trust this shop, whether selling, pawning or buying.

Went to 3 other pawn shops before this one to try and get an at least respectful offer for my $3300 condenser microphone considering almost every other pawn shop attempted to take advantage of me and rip me off. Upon entering i was greeted by a gentleman named "Nick" who i assume was the owner or manager in charge. Nick immediately informed me that they were not really in the market to buy such a nice microphone and didn't know if he could take it. However he was able to quickly identify that I was between a rock and a hard place and could use the help. So he changed his mind and not only did he give me a loan but he gave me more than the highest offer I had received from any other pawn shops. And speaking as someone who had been to 4 other pawn shops before going to Liberty Pawn that day, they had THE BEST payout for loansband THE BEST interest rates in town. Shockingly low actually. They actually had the cleanest facility, the best jewelry collection, and hands down the best gun collection in town without a doubt. Anyone saying any different is 100% lying. Once again big thanks to you Nick and the Ljberty Pawn staff. You guys really helped me out. I will be strictly only be going to this Pawn Shop to purchase and or loan (if need be) from here on out.

This place is awesome. Not your typical pawn shop. The owner is super down to earth and honest. Went way out of his way showing me guns and accessories and knowledge. Good selection of fire arms. Very clean store. Everyone was really friendly. Not use to that at all at a pawnshop. You should take a look if you have a couple of minutes

The staff & selection at Liberty Pawn are great. I've been to quite a few pawn shops looking for tools, guns, and other items you would find in a pawn shop and always left feeling "dirty". When I went to Liberty walking into the store had a different feeling than other shops, it was clean and not cluttered like other places. The prices there are superb! I've picked up many things from them all of which have been fair prices and the quality of the item was always top notch. I've referred many people to Liberty Pawn for doing pawn's or to buy items. Oh yea, the gun selection is awesome and pricing is really on par with other dealers in the valley if not better than other dealers.

Got my wife a used xds .40 here. Great price and a damn good gun. Was treated with respect and that's what sold the deal. They know what there talking about and will take the time just to look something up to make sure all your questions are answered if the item is not in stock. I will always go here first when looking for a new gun. Lots of nice guns and a showcase dedicated to silencers.

The staff was very helpful over the phone. Came here to purchase my first handgun. Fast background check, very knowledgable staff. Just a great all round expierence. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a customer orientated setting.
