TruWest Credit Union - Dobson & Main W Main St, Mesa

I've been with TW for over 10 years. Never had any problems or complaints. My branch's staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall I'm very pleased with all aspects of my TruWest experience.

I've had great experiences at this location many times. I use them for CU shared service transactions, where I'm not even an actual member of TruWest, but they treat me as if I am. Always friendly, prompt, and I can walk and out in 5 minutes to conduct business. Great branch!

Opened a new account online. Went into this branch to get my new debit card. I was met by the manager, I believe her name was Irma. Because the teller line was short she offered to help. She was friendly, informative and helpful. I asked a few questions while she was setting the account up, she answered them all. It was a great experience. Love the fact that TruWest has easy checking with no fees and no minimum balance.

Been with this bank over 3 years Always friendly staff. Rarely any wait time in line so you are in and out quickly. I had a little financial pinch and got an overdraft fee, and they reversed it with absolutely no problems. Try getting that with a bigger bank. I'll stay with TruWest.

This was the best experience at a bank I have ever had! I walked in to set my account up, and talk about in and out of there. The lady who helped was so sweet and they have so my cool features. Recommending this bank to anyone I can!

I have 2 auto loans with TruWest, and for the month of December, I chose to skip a payment on one of the loans. In the beginning of the month, I went through the process online to skip the payment, paid the fee, and received confirmation that the payment would be skipped for December. On the due date, the payment came out anyways. I immediately called to let them know of the mistake, and the representative confirmed that the payment should not have come out. She informed me that the payment would be credited, and I would be contacted within 1 business day if they needed any more information. After 4 business days of not being refunded, I called and was told that the payment was refunded to my TruWest savings account and would need to go to a branch to retrieve the money, even though the payment was taken from my normal bank. Edit: When I went to the branch to get my money back, the teller was friendly.

Theyre customer service is amazing. Anna rocks. She definitely made sure to answer all my questions. I truly appreciate this Credit Union Bank.

Not the branch, but TruWest the organization are crooks plain and simple. Received a $35 dollar charge because my CC company attempted to take my payment before a check cleared, but was still in my account. My old credit union would have reversed the charge instantly because the funds were there, not TruWest. Sell out to Wells Fargo, your predatory fees and charging practices are right in line with the worst of the worst.

I usually go to TruWest to make a payment because they are a shared branch with my finance company for my auto loan. I never had a bank account with them, but they're hours are convenient and every time I walked in one, they are always friendly! No matter the location. I decided to open a savings account which is only a $5 minimum. I figured I'd ask how much it was to open a checking as well since I'm always paying my car payment there. Anna opened my accounts for me and was super friendly! I didn't feel pushed or obligated to have to open an account there like all other banks try to do. I enjoyed my experience here and hope it stays as positive as they have always been.

I have had the best experience with this location, and with the company altogether. Both the branch and contact center reps are knowledgeable about products and services, patient with answering the million questions I always have, work quickly and effectively, and are friendly and professional each and every time. I have zero complaints about this location! But I do suggest more exterior lights at night around the ATM machine. Great place to bank! I wished they had more TruWest branches, but they make up for it with the large number of partner branches and ATM's scattered throughout the area.

My mom has an account here and she was able to get me a checking and savings account. I got a debit card the same day. The process was really fast and Anna was nice.

Will if there keep lobby open I do more Business. But there not there are close makes Customers loosing Drive-through. That one way but all bank lobby should be open. I was there today and there 2 to 3 bank teller talk and don’t do nothing that not right. I should should have a option. Like example all the Walmart and Home Depot and McDonald’ lobby are open banks lobby should be open that dam simple. If you refuse to open then I’m going close my account and go somewhere that is open.

I have been to this branch a few times and everytime I do a cash withdrawal I always feel like the tellers have a bad attitude. Especially when it is in large amounts, I have gotten negative attitudes. Truwest is about the same overall as a credit union. I don't think they are better or worse than other credit unions out there.
