If you're in need of a car and want to do it quickly I would highly recommend this place. They did most of the approval for me before I got there and worked with me. I arrived, test drove a few cars I was there probably an hour at max and out on the road driving again. Thank you Justin for being pro active and quickly on top of helping me find a car that fitted what I needed and was looking for and not being pushy with just getting a sale.

If I could give negative stars I would! Went there today to look about getting a car for my mom. We were not greeted and when we walked in it was not welcoming! The 2 guys that were there were not friendly and seemed like they didn't want to help. Basically making us feel like we were not good enough to be there. Should have left right away but wanted to give them a chance after about 30 mins of silence we ended up leaving

Ok so i don't usually leave reviews cuz i just forget. But i started my car shopping this past Sat and drove off with one here. They just went under new management (about a week). But from the time we stepped foot in the staff was great, Dan the new manager was awesome and Vero was great too. I understand that I'ma have to pay some extra cuz my credit isn't the best. I'm rebuilding it and their helping me. I just want to say in about a yr when i want to get into something better i will come to them. Thanks Dan and Vero.....oh and Ben in the shop. You guys went above and beyond for a customer. And that's what brings business' business.

This is one of the best auto sale places ever!! Justin was super cool! He got me a smashing deal in my new Toyota Yaris 2017!! I love the car I didn’t feel like I was just being forced into a car! He explained everything before I signed off on anything!! Every thing was done perfectly no shady activity at all!! Although I am not happy with the purchase price, I have been impressed with the response from Justin in regards to her car having broke down on her yesterday. I have purchased several cars over my lifetime at all different phases of life, good credit bad credit etc life happens right? Anyway considering Rocky's is setup for people with no credit or bad credit and maybe even people that don't have any other options for buying a car they are very friendly helpful and seem to give you the best possible options for your situation. I recently purchased a truck from Rocky’s (excellent experience). After getting it home for 2 days however, I noticed that one of the sway link bushings in the front end needed replaced. I asked the manager (Justin) if there was anything he could do for me. Not only did Justin and his service manager (Rudy) take care of the bad bushing, they replaced (as I would’ve) the other bushing as well so that the front end was balanced. I would’ve just expected the one replaced bushing, but the crew at Rocky’s went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Justin and his team made a customer for life and when I’m ready to purchase a vehicle for my teen, you can bet I’ll return to talk to Justin and his team.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I purchased a 2012, Jeep Liberty and it’s probably one of the better vehicle purchase I have made in my lifetime so far. Justin made everything possible for me. He set the expectation for me with credit and what I needed to bring in to purchase all over the phone. When I stoped in to see him I was able to test drive and purchase vehicle with 45 mins. Record time the fastest I ever made a vehicle purchase. Purchasing a vehicle is one of the most stressful things to do aside from purchasing a home. My god this place is horrible.I would try to laugh it off. There was a a sales guy in the store no customers around who asked me take a look at the vehicle parked about 100 meters away. He was also asking to get pre-qual to get the test drive one of many I’ll maintained vehicles in the lot. I am going to buy a vehicle today and the this dealership simply turned me without showing me a vehicle. Great guys in business.

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. It’s nice to go to a dealership and not be approached by an aggressive sales person. I’ve purchased a brand new vehicle from another dealership and had a horrible experience so the no pressure sales approach here is refreshing. Since I was a previous customer Justin was able to offer me a much lower interest rate than what I was given during my first purchase with them AND a much lower down payment than I expected. I got there pretty late in the day but Ben even stayed well after he was supposed to be off just to make sure my vehicle was good for me to drive off the lot. They take good care of customers and incentivize return customers too! We shared good conversation and they were pretty quick in getting me in and out within a reasonable time frame. Most definitely will recommend them to anyone I know.

This was my second car I’ve purchased from Rockys Auto. Ernie sold me both vehicles this car buying experience is unlike any other. Fast ,easy stress free they are straight forward no hassle and they will make it happen. I’ve purchased used vehicles from other dealerships around the valley and the experience is nothing like the service rocky provides. They have a life long customer with me and I will continue to buy all my used vehicles with them if interested ask for Ernie he has always taken good care of me.

I have waited to write this until my car was paid off. I had a great experience at the Mesa location with Justin. I did not like that you can only drive the car in parking lot. How does that tell you how it accelerates, or if it has vibrations etc? Now the reason for 2 stars, the finance office. Awful. The very worst customer service (worse than COX). Seriously lacking in common sense and ability to use a calendar. They called to verify my address to send license plates then missed the apt # . They then tell me I could go and PAY extra for their mess up by going to get duplicate plates. They are rude and always in a rush which is why their work is subpar. My car has been great only have had to replace alternator and battery. There are better companies and other options like Auto Action

I’ve been having troubles for about 5 months , Everyone doubted me and said I couldn’t. I discussed with ( Justin ) Salesman I really needed a car less than 2 hours I walked away smiling and crying because when places tell you no ROCKYS work with you . Justin is The BEST ! And can’t forget Ben my mechanic with them he’s the best he never lets me down . Those 2 men are such hard workers and I recommend them to anyone! This business alone is growing ! I purchased a car from them just before Covid-19 hit. At the time I was working and had no problem making payments. When I got my car it ran fine for the first week. After which I had two flats in one day on separate occasions. Of course my warranty didn't cover that so I paid outta pocket to fix it. Then a couple months ago I somehow blew a head gasket, which I only travel to and from work everyday which is about 20 miles a day give or take. After reading the warranty and looking at my engine I'd noticed the serpentine belt had snapped. I called them to ask about the warranty and what it covers for clarity. Every time I call I'm met with a too busy response or I'm sitting on the phone waiting for the service department to never answer. When they did they told me they knew nothing about the warranty. Yet you guys sold me the car so you should know right? Had to pay to get it towed all of 10 miles to their location after it got impounded. Thinking it would be a quick fix they told me it'd be ready the following Monday then told me I apparently blew a head gasket. Like I said they told me they knew nothing about the warranty and gave me another number to call to speak to someone who could give more details. The person I spoke with was cool. However after talking to him this one day I haven't heard from any of them since. Because I had no car I lost my job. So I couldn't pay my car note on time. Got behind. They basically took my car. Never tried to fix it. Now during a pandemic I'm jobless and even worse carless. In the Arizona heat at that. Very displeased. Not much communication, and people I dealt/spoke with have no manners. I just want my car back so I can get back to work

I purchased my pick-up 2 weeks ago. I found a couple of issues, and Justin gave me no hassle at all to get some minor leaks fixed. It runs like a top. Fair price too. You will get professional, friendly treatment from these guys. Best used vehicle purchase I have ever made.
