I'll give CSA 4 stars because every since I've gotten my car which I've have about a year or so they've been really great working with me Whether it was a late payment Or calling to set up a payment arrangement. Yes my car has been killed switched a couple times but that was due to my lack of communication, once I communicated the issue they've always turned it back on for me.. my only problem is the 2week payments outside of that their a pretty good company in My opinion.

This is a a very interesting company, they tell you your car is good and the arrangement you set up is ok. Then they cut your car off even though they said they wouldn’t and it was good! I always make my payments but this week I have been late to work every shift because they keep cutting it off!! soon I won’t even have a job to make a payment because of this! they keep cutting my car off even though I set up an arrangement! Also I call they say they are open at 9am but yet you will keep getting sent to voicemail until about 9:20 like this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with! I’ll be late again today! Thank you.

I see complaints about the manager John from two years ago and he literally is the same. Just yesterday his exact words was”well let’s just hope you have that money in your account”. I say we all come together and do a class act lawsuit on this company. False advertisement off lowering credit, making unauthorized payments, management is absolutely horrible. Something has to be done to end this company

NOPE! Never again! Miscommunication awful customer service. Bought a car that gave me so much trouble told them over and over again and was told i didn't have warranty . Now that i did a voluntary repo they tell me i have warranty. F this place! What a joke! I would give zero stars if i could

Been a customer for years. The two vehicles look nice on the outside but as a short time passes... problems begin to occur, from cooling to suspension to transmission and other mechanical issues that are cost and labor intensive. Life happens, yes. CSA states they are here for helping their customer to rebuild credit but with the inventory they have and provide with what they state should mirror their commitment, right? Well, not in this case. Sure there are satisfied customers but I am not. So I have moved on and I do not recommend it to anyone, especially the ones who can make it work out.

I bought a car from them in 2018 its now 2022.. the car is almost paid off and it is not reporting to my transunion report. I have contacted multiple people with this company including the manager Rich who is not easy to get ahold of. They will definitely make sure they call you the day your payment is due but won't fix this issue.

Just got served by Credit Acceptance Corporations lawyers. They claim I owe them for the same amount of money I purchased the vehicle for. I made payments for 2 years but COVID happened and they continued to compound the interest. CCC is all business and they do not care about there customers. Beware of these scumbags.

The worst company ever. They will try to scam you out of money even after you paid off your vehicle. They will claim you never paid off a service charge even when you did. The supervisor will hang up on you. John is the most unprofessional and incompetent person I’ve ever met.

Very high rate for those who have bad credit. Sure they will put you in a vehicle if your willing to pay every two weeks for the next 3 to 5 years. That’s really asking a lot during a pandemic and for a person who already is having hardship. So I got a bad deal on a even worse vehicle😡 I’ve spend over $1000 buying tail lights and other parts that have failed since I purchased the vehicle. I knew I was getting a bad deal but at the time I needed a vehicle to get to work and pay my bills. If your credit isn’t bad don’t go here. They only care about the money. The free oil changes are a fraud. They changed mine once and it starts knocking a week later. Guy at jiffy lube said it looked like my oil hadn’t been changed in months😡 They don’t help with repairs and their cars are hit or miss. Looks like an apple 🍎 on the outside but really it’s a lemon 🍋. Buyer Beware

I am giving 5 stars for the customer service experience I received with Venus H. I had an emergency and needed help from my finance company and she was extremely efficient and professional. I appreciate her patience and understanding and being able to assist in my time of need! A huge thank you once again to Venus H!
