All the guys down here at pawn first are a really cool and will help you out anyway they can. There's so much to look at here from video games to guns to jewelry, you name it they'll have it probably. Come in and have a look, if there's anything that you like you can always throw it on layaway and put a little bit down before you know it it's yours.

Victor, Mark, and Jackie are absolutely awesome. They know me by name. Give me the best deals. Aren't pushy and very knowledgeable in the products they sell. They are the only pawn shop I use and buy from. Will be a customer as long as they are around.

I expected to be like most pawn shops, selling barely wanted items for ridiculous prices, but it was far from it. I believe it was Julio who helped, he was way nice and wasn't pressuring me to buy anything. He was easy to talk to and at the end even hooked me up with a better price. Store was clean and everything I looked at seem reasonable and well kept. Definitely will go back!

I was referred here since i was looking to get a loan on sports memorabilia. Not only did i get my loan the really nice guy that helped me educated me on the difference between JSA and PSA. I had no idea seriously. The entire process for my loan from start to finish was less than 15 minutes. Great customer service and I will be coming back.

I have been coming at the country club and university location for years and I always have provided above and beyond service from staff, great customer service , and always offer me great deals for my jewelries and other stuff. The staff continues to provide great service and excellent customer service anytime of the day . Kudos to all the team , continue to provide great service and I can always rely and treated my valuables with care and I would not trust any other pawnshop to pawn my jewelry. Aside from the amazing staff and I always had a great exper experience at the store and looking forward to comeback to the store all the time. Thank you for all the great job.

Best experience I’ve ever had as far as pawn shops I’ve been to! Bought a laptop a few weeks ago and they offered a 6 month warranty that was only 10% of the price of the laptop that would allow me to have my laptop replaced basically as long as it wasn’t destroyed or something and my first laptop worked great but I’m pretty new to computers and technology haha so I just replaced it with a Lenovo chromebook. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my questions and needs though, thank you Jacqueline and other staff for your help!

Pawn 1st is probably one of the greatest places to look if you’re in the market for anything pre-owned. I’ve bought it all from guitars, amplifiers, watches, tablets etc…. Hassle free returns or trades on items that end up not working or if you just want to trade up from what you bought. The store always has new stuff, is always clean and the team is friendly and professional!! They’ll always be my first stop when I’m looking for something new to me.

Everyone in the store is so helpful. They are very knowledgeable on the products and I even got assistant with my Tv I purchased being put in the car I highly recommend this location on Country Club off of University.

Josh is so awesome he’s always been super fair with me and explained to me how everything works at pawn first. They treat you very nice and are always fair never trying to rip you off. I always prefer pawn first than any other pawn shop and Jackie is great also amd very nice

Jackie was very helpful also very knowledgeable in the products at the store. From the moment I walked into the store she welcomed me with greetings and offered to assist in answering any questions I may have had for the displayed merchandise. Needless to say it's becoz of her great customer service Thai purchase the displayed bundle which she assisted in testing and requested the manager for the sale to take place. This store is amazing! They always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. They have a strong family feel even though they are not actual family. This is the only pawn shop I go to because I can trust them and they are always honest and helpful!! If you're looking for best price when you loan or good deals definitely come here!

These guys go far beyond their actual job duties to help a customer, they exceeded our customer service expectations by far. Nearly lost my expensive item and they were able to work with me so it worked for me in order to keep me happy and keep them paid, thank goodness. Went in for a quick pawn, told the guy I'd be back the next day and he quoted me a price for with the interest, when I went back that interest price somehow over doubled. For a day. Staff was friendly sure but when I questioned the price they were firm. I find it to be a bit ridiculous myself and will NOT be returning. Especially with being told one price and given a higher price upon return.

I went to Pawn 1st today to pawn a couple things to get through the week till I got paid Jacqueline and Josh wer at the register. They were extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions and was able to help me with a loan for my items until I got paid Friday to get the items out of Pawn. They gave me a fair price and left there within 10 minutes with cash in my hand I definitely recommend this pawn shop to anyone and everyone dad has items they want to sell or just Pawn for a loan Best Pawn Shop in the valley 100%. Every time I stop into this establishment I find and buy something that I need!. The staff here is super friendly as they welcome you at the door. They are truly on point when the offer to help you. All staffers are educated on the different products for sale. The layaway plan is awesome because you have the opportunity to pay increments if you don't have the money to cash out! I love the flow of the store and how most of the merchandise is at eye-level so you really are comfortable when browsing. the prices are reasonable and the staff is awesome. I have to admit that I am new to the whole pawn concept but have needed to explore that option several times lately. I have always been in business for myself so I totally understand and appreciate the need to keep a business afloat while being fair. The people at the Country Club store have not only been fair but they have been extremely compassionate as well. I have seen and benefited from it several times now. My most recent experience was today with Sebastian. To make a very long story short they went way out of their way to help me save a ring that meant allot to my girlfriend. These guys don’t just stop at doing their job, they are really good people who actually care about others and their community. They realize that these items can mean a great deal to people and is much more than a number, or junk. I want to publicly express my gratitude to the staff who went above and beyond to help me.....even knowing it wouldn’t benefit them. There isn’t many people left like this......so I’m Blessed to have stumbled across them....it’s no coincidence......Thank you again and may God Bless this business, it’s employees, and their families..
