Walking in I felt at ease, which is a plus. And the lady that was working was super friendly and was very informative about what I was selling. She even told me of a place as backup to help me out. She made the whole experience awesome and would recommend coming back to this location to anyone. I wish I caught her name but the date is July 7th 2022 at 1:30PM if that helps. The prices are competitive; both in how much they offer to buy or pawn as well as for how much they sell most of the items in their inventory. What sets Oro Express apart from the rest, is their stellar customer service. No one likes to stay at work late, however they did so today while helping me and did so without any complaint, without so much as an irritated eyebrow dip, a breathy huff or any other expression of annoyance at staying past the point of closing. Most pawn shops are similar with their businesses, so like much of the rest of the free market transactions, it's customer service that either has the customer leaving the store frustrated, vowing never to return, or leaving with a smile, singing their praises (it isn't ALWAYS an extreme, but it certainly ends up that way often). For me... I'm singing their praises and counting Oro Express as an outstanding business.

Came in today after having a bad experience with another pawn shop and Julie was very helpful and nice made my experience easy ... very knowledgeable and great attitude I will be coming back and would refer anyone to go there

At first it was just me and one other customer, and within a couple minutes people started showing up and there was only one person running the store, Guillermo aka 'G-Mo' was overwhelmed but he still held his composure and got everyone in and out in a timely manner, he even gave me a good deal ony tools. Aye bro if you read this, you need a bonus my man!

My wife received a pair of high end sunglasses from her company as a Christmas bonus. She didn’t want them so I sold them to Oro. Went in to buy some air pods. Awesome customer service by the owner. I had questions about being able to link the air pods to my Samsung and the owner was able to give me answers about the differences between the Samsung and Apple features. Definitely A+ service.

New to town and new to pawn transactions but Oro Express was clean, safe, and organized. They advertise some of their stock on offer up, and so I went to pick up a Holiday present for my cousin. Gmo greeted me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! He was charismatic, funny and offered fantastic customer service. I even felt comfortable shopping around without any pressure to buy. Gmo was knowledgeable of the merchandise there offering suggestions and showing me their different options. I got a fantastic deal on the camera that I purchased! The transaction was honest and trustworthy and as I left Gmo made sure I knew all about their holiday deals coming up. I will most definitely be back and this time with my boyfriend to see what great deals Oro Express will offer us!

Called to see if they had any good TVs, Guillermo García was the one who helped me. Let me know that had some good TVs on sale. Swooped in and let me know they had a smart TV coming out of layaway that fit my needs perfect timing thanks to him I got a brand new smart TV for the fraction of the cost at a retailer. I was looking for a good TV to binge while staying safe at home. Checked a couple places but the service was non-existent. I had a list of needs and was promptly helped here.
