I pawned my iPad and bracelet at the scottsdale location. 91 days ago The location was shut down and my items where taken 10 miles away from my house! I went in one day late to pick up my items and Chris! The GM! For the company! The ONLY PERSON! You can speak to when you have an issue! HIS WORDS! He Forced me into renewing my loan! And and than paying the loan plus interest! In order to get my items back! They have no grace period! For late days! But yet they have a late fee!!?!? Not sure how that works! I would not recommend doing any business at this location! Or the company!! Attitude and professionalism zero stars!

Poor customer service. Walked in no greeting, staff sitting in front of computer look upset and angry. I asked a question and was given a short reply with no desire to help (expected someone to stand up and maybe provide some service). Left very disappointed old ownership from the 90s and early 2000s was 100xs better.

Very bad customer service was not greeted at the door gave out incorrect information .Since the new owner has this business ti socks I'll never use them ever again

This place has bed bugs !!! Dont lean on the counter as I seen 2 i regret walking into this dirty business. As soon as I seen the 2 bedbugs I went outside took my jacket and shirt and hat off and through it away STAY FAR AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience here was great. Jolie was of great help and very friendly. I purchase a Apple Mac Pro laptop here for my niece at a great price. It works well & the price could not be beat. We truly appreciate their business. Thanks

Went in to sell a firearm to turn around and buy a sig they had in their display case. They offered me 140$ for 750$ handgun. Totally disrespectful. I understand they get a lot of shady people in there, but the fact that they try and take advantage of every single person is bad business. Just a heads up before you go in...I recommend you stay away. They just care about making as much money as possible and don't give a damn about customers. Just to be fair, the staff was polite and friendly.

I went to pawn some things and he said I cant get anything on the open market witch is a lie. I'm sure he did not check.

Would not recommend this place for a loan. Tried to tell me my Platinum ring was worthless, and even tried to scratch the first layer off to prove it was a gold overlay. I'm pretty sure a jeweler knows a bit more than this lady did. Took my business to another pawn competitor. Tested it correctly...

Didn't offer to buy my stuff(hand tools, lower end power tools), but directed me to the offer up app. Win-win situation; I ended up with more money and he saved room for more valuable inventory in his shop. That's true customer service, and an awesome way of doing business.

Don’t bother attempting to sell anything of value, seriously this place is a nightmare! I skated back and forth from my home in 100+ degree weather. Prepped & cleaned all of my stuff, valued at a little more than a grand. Then when I finally compose myself and get everything out, they offer me pennies. I wont be bringing any of my business here again sadly, nor will any of my family. We’ve lived on Mesa Drive & Southern since about the mid 80’s. I’ve personally lived down the street from them, for almost 19 years and I have never felt more disrespected. Hospitality was alright I guess, it coulda been better.

This store is there main gun store, so they have a wide selection of hand guns and rifles. The staff was super awesome and extremely helpful and patient with me. They let me take my time and look threw there entire selection of hand guns until I found what I was looking for and I happily walked away with a Springfield XD 45 for an awesome price. They even threw in the mag holster, holster the gun came with and let me go threw there extra holster bin and pick one of those out as well. Super awesome store I highly highly recommend them they treated me differently than any pawn shop I've ever walked into before, they treat you with respect and like you are a paying customer who is there to spend money before they even know why you walked in the door and to me that was a huge deal, I hate when you walk into a pawn shop and they treat you disrespectfully from the start, like great what is this guy going to try to hawk for some cash, before they even know if you are in the store to spend money or try to make some money, but not at Pawn Now I didn't get that impression at all. It was One of the best gun buys I have ever dealt with for sure, everything was laid back and relaxed know one was rushing me the entire time or pressuring me into a buy I wasn't sure about it was nice. I will definitely continue to bring my business to them and continue to send anyone looking for reasonably priced firearms there way as well. Go find out for yourself I bet you will have a similar experience to the one I had. Great place for sure!!!!

Must be the lady that runs this shop but. She was very rude from the second I came into the store. Before I could show her the guitar I wanted to sell . She started assuming that I built it for some reason. And that it was home made. She then continued to have attitude and did not even stick around to see what else I had. I had many other items. My experience here for the first time was uncalled for. Leave your problems at home I must say. And don't take it out in the customers. Over all I wanted to try to make a deal at this location with what I had. My intention was to purchase an item. I had the cash but wanted to make a deal first. After the experience with this rude lady. I did not even want to give her my business. So thank u crabby pants . Hope your day stays just like I feel . Unhappy

The guest service here cannot be beat, my fiance and I drove around visiting Pawn Shops looking for some tools and the employees here were so helpful and friendly. Not to mention, the awesome selection of tools, instruments, and lots of guns! Strongly recommend this place! 😁

I came to pawn now on recommendation of a relative and the staff has been very helpful. They greeted me as I walked in and let me know that if I had any questions I just had to ask. They answered my questions immediately and they were very knowledgeable about the products they had on display. The staff is very friendly and they give you upfront honest advice from their personal experiences. I would recommend this place to a friend.

My son Bob and I were very pleased with an electric guitar and amp we bought. the staff was friendly and helpful and the owner went out of her way to see that we got a good deal. Very happy with the experience.

Bought a marlin / Glenfield 60 .22 from them though gun broker paid 45 $ shipping back in march... received the gun with a busted stock.. Countless emails voice mails and phone calls to both gun broker and the pawn shop.. recent contact over the last few days with no resolve still! The insurance on the shipping should have been filed and been paid to me for the damage...

My favorite pawn shop. I love the great selection of guns they have at fair prices and the friendly staff is a welcome change compared to many pawn shops. Also if you are looking for something specific and don't see it make sure you ask because they have more items in the back.

Stepped in to check out possible electronics. The young lady with dark brown hair sat behind the counter and said nothing to me (African American woman) and my partner (same race) a young Caucasian man walked in behind us and she said “hello”. Tried to look past it but I couldn’t and left. There are plenty of businesses that would be grateful to even be open right now to employ people who don’t act this way. Pretty disappointed.

They are so friendly and were able to work out a deal with me when I barely moved into my apartment and didn't have much to spend. Their fire arms are also amazingly priced. Thanks guys! Will for sure be returning.

As you walk in expect a hello but after that one can expect poor customer service and less than average company policies. Witch will leave any new Comer to the state wanting to look at my firearms (legally) reduced to window shopping. Once they saw my Nebraska license and heard my New Zealand accent they treated me with a highly skeptical attitude. Even after my credentials are switched to AZ, I'll not be spending my money here. Very disappointing.

This place is great they are very respectful and don't try to burn you I have been bringing my Milwaukee tools to them at least 4 times and they always give me the same amount everytime very nice place

Today I stopped in Pawn Now for a new firearm. Once I arrived I was greeted by a warm welcome. The inventory was a bit more than expected. I pointed out which item I preferred to purchase, and within 40 mins or less my background check was cleared and I was on my way. Thank you guys for the stellar service. Keep up the great work! Truthfully I have never been to a better pawn shop in my life, nice and clean & customer services is on key. The Manager Cameron is great!!!! always making me a great deals. The prices on firearms are out of this world great prices. Two thumbs up if I had more thumbs I would give them more.Thanx

By far one of the best pawn shops out there! Excellent service and friendly staff willing to help you out. Raquel has helped me TWICE in getting an affordable nice quality bike. She was attentive and answered all my questions. I went with her recommendation on a specific bike they had and she even let me take the bike out for a test ride to be sure everything was working before I decided to purchase. I’ve extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone!

I’ve never been to a pawn shop before. The staff was great! Esmeralda made me feel welcomed and treated me with respect and Chris helped me pick out a guitar for my son. There's not another reliable, Professional Pawn shop in Arizona. The Consistency with their Customer Service is admirable. One of the only Shops left that has not transitioned to a corporate establishment. Family owned, and they really make you feel as if you are apart of the family!!!

They were so incredibly helpful! I can’t get over how nice and amazing they were! I walked right in and everyone was attentive and nice. They took what I wanted to pawn and actually gave me a super good deal! I will def be back again!

As I walked in the lady working the counter looked through a family and identified me as the person who had my item set aside. The dad was upset that I had reserved my item and he called me a "lucky b*st*rd" in a nasty tone. The scraggly man and his family left. I made my purchase and everything was awesome. Due to the nature of pawn shops, take some of these other reviews with a grain of salt. Everyone was awesome to deal with. They gave me a bonus to boot. And best of all I ended up loving my item. I watched a few crazy people come in acting like fools and actually the employees here are courteous and patient rather than reciprocrative. The fact that some people have "bad" reviews to write are a testimony to the kindness of the staff because the rest of us would have just thrown these buffoons out. This place is on my (good) watch list because they have good deals, cool staff, and good items.

Have had many FFL transfers performed by Pawn Now in Mesa AZ. The experience has always been great. Super fast communication and top notch customer service. I would Highly recommend them for transfers as well as great shopping!!

Extremely dishonest. Sold me an untested product, and because they have me a discount on it they said they wouldn't take it back when it turned out to be defective. One guy said he was the manager then same guy said he was the owner, when I went in and talked to him another guy cut into our conversation and said he was the owner... So the two of them have a "policy" they claim to be held to but they have no authority to do the right thing and make it right, even though they both claim to be manager and/or owner. I couldn't even negotiate for store credit. If an item is defective, they should have the ethics to at least give credit --EVEN IF the item is discounted, it's pretty dishonest to sell something that can't be tested and say "as is no returns."

Came into the store not looking for any thing in particular. Angel helped me locate a mic I had been looking for. Gave me a great price and worked with me with no hassle. I’ll definitely come back.

So many of the pawn shops in the valley have retail or near retail prices on their "Used" merchandise, this place is not so ridiculously overpriced. I look for tools at pawn shops and their prices are very fair, what you expect to pay for used items. If you offer them a fair price on an item they will likely accept. I am very pleased with this pawn shop and I will always look here first when I go shopping for tools. I always recommend this place to my friends (only after I have had a chance to check the stock).

I've had great customer service here, and always left happy. No doubt I would recommend this pawn over any others. They have a huge variety of everything, and it's all in great condition. No other pawn shop compares, especially to their gun collection.

I pawned an item at this location I called them on the phone to see if they can take card or only cash they said only cash I said wow that is ridiculous and hung up a little bit later I go in with the cash in hand give it to them get my item the taller guy with the beard said why were you so rough with my employee on the phone earlier what was the issue I said all I did was say wow that is ridiculous and hung up, he was trying to be a forceful intimidating to me because I said that on the phone so bottom line they have lost another customer

Great experience with these guys. The "hag" as one reviewer called her, was very nice. I found an item on backpage, called them about it, went down there, and the item was in the condition as described. As they ran the FBI check on me, I chatted with the owner and she was a very nice lady. Quick, easy, painless. I got a kickass price on the item too! I'll be back for that shotgun soon!

We were ignored from the get go. Rude girl at counter was busy talking about her lunch we had to interrupt her to get service. We were interested in some of their cameras but just left because no one seemed able to talk to us much less help.

This place rocks I have scored so many awesome deals here from jewelry to electronics I refuse to buy any where else when I know I can get awesome merchandise for a fair price. The staff is always helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
