Judy Jimenez has made the process of owning my car so smooth and stress free. I always make my payments on time, I’m never late, but recently lost my debit card and was scared out of my mind something would happen to my car. She has been very understanding, patient and accommodating the entire process. She ensures you are set up for success and never failing. I’m beyond grateful she’s my account manager and feel as if PFG is blessed to have her! Thank you Judy!

Bad reviews are from those who didn’t pay their car note! I’ve been with them for a year and they are honestly pretty lenient. Just pay your bill and have respect and you’ll be good! Oh and let me add that this is my first time ever basically renting a car lol. If you’re in good standing and are/were serious about your credit your car would still be in your possession. But what do I know 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣 Keep up the good work pfg

I genuinely wish I could go back six months and just never purchase the car to begin with between the dealership and PFG the lender everything about it sucks Casey in maintenance complete jerk. In total my car has gone in eight times for maintenance in the last six months and none of those eight times has the issue been fixed what so ever but what they have shown me is how many issues the car was sold to me.

I wasn’t planning to move out of state but it happened and so I got a lien request form done three weeks ago I called the next day to confirm if they received it they said yes but PFG still hasn’t filed it and when I called again couple weeks later they said they never received it!!! How frustrating I sent it almost a month ago! Also Steven is very rude every time I call (I make my payments on time) (autopay) But he’s supposed to be my account manager!! And makes me uncomfortable I’m scared to talk to him on the phone anytime I need something just because he sound like I’m Bothering him every time I call!

they lost my payment and then demanded that I pay another payment even though they are the ones that lost it. Totally not ok. Also asked them to rerun the cameras to prove that I dropped my payment off in the drop box and they reffused to rerun the videos

Do not finance from these people. Just go to the location and you will see the unprofessionalism and how shady they are.I heard they have a major lawsuit coming their way and other people are joining in. They are being investigated for the way they do business specially during Covid pandemic.

Fantastic experience! Judy is down to earth, understanding, very professional, friendly, and helpful. Her customer service and patience made the process smooth each and every month. I'll miss her calm, and quick over the phone payments. I couldn't have financed with a better company. Thank you Judy and PFG!!

By far the absolute worst loaning company in Arizona. I have dealt with a company so unprofessional. Judy was my account manager and she was so disrespectful and rude whenever she would call. Not only is their staff disrespectful and rude but their service department is horrible as well. I took my car in to get fixed and they kept my vehicle for over a month without a rental or anything. Absolutely unprofessional and I am so glad to be done with this company. Zero stars if I could

New to the loan, had fallen back due to some circumtances, try to make a partial payment one week and the other part next and they wouldnt take the payment unless it was all at once. So that made my payments add up. Car was taken call to see what other solution could be work out and they said in order to get my car I would need to pay off the loan ($16,000). If that was the case i would had bought the car cash since the beggining. I want to pay the loan just dont have that amount on hand. I really wish they had work with me more. Call in and they asked for someone else dont get why I call to get more information on my loan and they keep asking for another person.

They are harassing people that I have rented my house out to looking for me…I have no idea why. The lady said the guy told her she better find me. WTHeck!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, I don’t have a car nor did I ever have one through this company!!! Threatening people is not cool!

This is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasurer of working with! Judy Is a angel and has helped me if I had any issues. They are very helpful and understanding!! They have also giving me so much guidance on how I should pay my car and boost my credit!!! Judy is the best representative at PFG Funding! If I’m struggling with something or having a hard time, listening to her voice puts me at ease. She is so sweet to speak with. She is the only one I feel comfortable being in contact with. Anytime I ever call them up, the first thing I ask is to be connected with Judy. She definitely wants to do anything she can possibly do to help out her customers. I was having a hard time accessing my account online and she stayed on the phone with me doing everything she can to help get me access no matter how long it took. I really appreciate and am thankful for her. PFG should be really grateful to have someone such as Judy on their team. It’s not everyday you run into people like her. Thank you for all you have done to help me out Judy! You are amazing!

Stephen, in payments, is extremely kind and easy to work with. I have found that if you make your payments on time they can work with you on the RARE occasion you may have difficulty. Always respectful, helpful, informative, and even a great sense of humor, Stephen is great, as are Elmer and PFG as a whole. If you’re looking to rebuild your credit and are serious about making on time payments then this is definitely the place to go. One year later my credit is 150 points higher—Yay!!
