I got a GREAT 70" Smart TV for $500. The picture quality is amazing. The sales men Georgia and JR were so helpful. The took me through all the features. The store was super clean. Pawn shops sometimes get a bad reputation. This location will continue to get my business. Thanks guys, see you soon. Jamie

Please don’t waist your time here, this place is a joke! They informed me that my silver chain and gold pendants weren’t real. They were 24k gold plated and sterling silver... Also wouldn’t buy any of my stuff, despite having all my identifying information! I made many trips back and forth from my home in 100+ degree weather all for nothing! I wanted a bicycle, some speaker equipment and more jewelry. I will never bring any of my business back ever again! I’ll also let my family know about how much of an awful experience it was. I greatly appreciated the water tho and hospitality! So that was chill af:)

Working in sales i understand that you THE EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAVE A UNDERSTANDING of what your being sold. Simple questions shouldn't bother somebody that's obviously "SUPPOSED" to know their product on hand. I pawned my headphones at this store in perfect condition. They were returned to me broken!!! Then the manager trie dto pretend like they didnt break it. I n oticed that the girl that works there, HAS THE SAME HEADPHONES AS ME. They switched them and gave me some broken ones. Luckily i had a protection agreement on the headphones at best buy, but this is sha business practices. Don't go there. THey aren't trustworthy and the manager is a totally rude person.

My son and I got a great deal on an apple watch at this location. We had received awesome customer service from Cassandra and Malu. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions.....and they even put up with my haggling with a smile. Will definitely be back!!

My fiancé bought a Bebe gun from chewey I believe was his name. Super nice great customer service. We were going to buy a new engagement ring from me there but I ended up finding one somewhere else I liked more. Sorry guys!!!

I've been going to super pawn for at least 10yrs now , staff is always friendly and helpful . Today I met a new face Jorje who was helping out at this location was amazing ! He went above and beyond and really helped me out . Working in customer service more than half my life theres very few stores or company that will get me to write a review lol .But I love the whole staff at super pawn and Jorge just became another reason I wont go any where else!

Kevin is a great manager, I was long time loyal customer of his at Southern/Country Club store. Was sad when they moved him to other stores. He has always been friendly and super helpful.

The store manager kevin took advantage of my gf who didnt know better. When I went to speak to him about it he held a condescending smirk and was unwilling to own his mistake. COCKY, UNETHICAL, AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do NOT give this store location (mesa dr and southern) ANY business.
