My wife and I had an awesome experience here, we were treated very great and taken care off down to a t. Our sales rep Bishop made sure to get us into something we wanted not just a car they tell you you can get. We love how transparent they are about every step so you KNOW what you getting into before you leave. They Def care about you and that was shown 200% by Bishop. I left happy today with a Great vehicle that fit every need I needed with a small down payment which was even more awesome. Thank You!!!

Mr. Quan at the Atlantic location literally went the extra mile to ensure I got the car I wanted. He drove me to a location that was over two hours away to make sure I had the car the same day. That is the true definition of going beyond for the customers.. please ask for Quan. You won't get that service anywhere else..

This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life! You're charging $25,000 for a vehicle with bald tires, broken signal switch,front bumper clips broken, bad shocks, bad struts, old dirty seat belts, rusty underneath, and bad wheel hubs! I wouldn't even rate a 1 star!

If you’re looking to buy a car from US Auto Sales, I advice you not to. This company is selling bad cars and it has been proven by one of the Pep Boys where they take their cars to be serviced. I personally bought a car in August of this year and have been having transmission issues every since I bought it. I went back to this location, which is where I bought it from, and they told me it’s covered under warranty and to take it to a repair shop and it would covered under warranty. Well the repair shop charge diagnostic fees which isn’t covered under warranty, which I had to pay out of pocket. The repair shop also said it would take minimum 6 months to get the part that’s needed for the part for my car, I was told by a manager at US Auto sales that he’s going to make it right and call his boss to see what can be done and I haven’t heard back from him since then. My car is shaking really bad and there is a rattling noise. I don’t recommend anybody to buy from this company ever. If I could do no stars I would

Eric from Us Auto sales got me riding TWICE. My credit is horrible! However, I have a great job. That got me approved. The first time I got a 2015 Kia Optima. Loved it. I got rear ended 15 days after I got my car. I had GAP and the person whom hit me had full coverage. Eric along with the store manager wasted no time to get me back riding again. I got a 2017 Volkswagen the 2nd time. Everybody that works there is laid back, Professional, and they do what they do and they do it well. I would recommend to everybody. The car selection is good as well.

I went in today to try and buy the car of my dreams and trade in my current car. I was scared originally thinking that I wasn’t ever going to be able to get it. But they helped me out a lot and offered me a layaway option to hold the car while I make payments on the rest of what I owe on my trade-in. After I make the payments and pay it off I’ll be able to drive away with my new car and just pay the new car loan. They made it such a simple process for me and the fact they will actually work with you on your payment options is even better. Great dealership, great customer service, great selection, overall 5/5 stars definitely recommend.

Okay, might be a long post, but if it helps somebody make a decision, that's my goal! So full disclosure: I have bad credit (I literally get denied for everything), I've never had a financed vehicle before, I did not have much money for a down payment at all, and my current vehicle has been wrecked and was already falling apart as it is (so I knew that would be no help towards a down payment at all). That being said, I went into my appointment knowing I would be leaving with realistic numbers and a plan to come up with a down payment for a vehicle. Eric and Quan were extremely helpful and very welcoming and still made me feel comfortable, even though there was no way I was leaving with a car that day. They let me look around and test drive the car I really liked and Quan talked me through the process of the financing and how the down payment and the car payments would work and what my options were. Since their in-house financing goes more by your provable income than it does your credit, I was approved for an amount that would allow me to choose any car on the lot. I didn't have the down payment, but at least I knew what I was looking at realistically. Eric talked me into approaching the manager with my situation, and to my complete and total surprise, the manager was able to use my TOTAL LOSS of a vehicle for enough credit towards the down payment, that I was able to couple an acceptable cash payment with it and come up with a payment plan to pay the remainder of the down payment in 2 payments over the next 30 days AND LEFT WITH THE EXACT CAR I WANTED THAT DAY. I have never been more pleasantly surprised by anything, and would highly recommend checking them out, even if you think you won't get approved. FYI: This is a place that is for people with bad credit, so you will probably have biweekly payments that are fairly high (it's dependent on your income and how often you get paid), but that is the price we pay to repair/improve our credit. In my opinion, it's worth it to have a GOOD DEPENDABLE CAR, with a warranty, that I actually like. I figure it's also a great step towards improving my credit for the future as well.

Absolutely THE WORST. Quick to give a paper stating this and that is not wrong with the car but that’s just what’s been in record. The “warranty” company (DWOC) doesn’t cover half of the issues that are actually wrong. Had the car 30 days it’s been in shop twice and still there currently because DWOC doesn’t cover the rust on the wheel bearing’s 🙄 so the lot has to decide if they will cover anything towards it. Wish I wouldn’t have got involved wit my this company at this point

Awful business practices. Learn not only how to treat people, but customers as well. Stay away from these over priced and underwhelming auction bought cars. High interest rates and repos is all they do. Shame.

From start to finish, all our part was was picking the vehicle, and signing the paperwork. She did the vehicle checklist, making sure to cover every little piece of the vehicle, managed to juggle multiple clients at once, and finished off strong! Must say Best Used Car Lot Experience ever!! I have bought new and used before and must say I had one of my Best Customer Service Experiences with Eric!! From the beginning til the close on my Vehicle Choice must say all was explained and what we agreed upon was done!!! No BS or run around! If you have your Down payment in hand and have insurance that is required you will leave the lot with what you choose!! And in my case I had to use the Layaway plan due to tight finances but must say that the Experience was Great!! No Pressure if you want a Great Deal and a Nice Vehicle stop by and see for yourself!!
