Anthony and Crystal are always helpful and polite when I come in to pawn or get my stuff out of pawn. If I am going to be late or need a few extra days they are very understanding. I have dealt with other pawn shops in the past but have never been treated as well as they treat me! As far as I’m concerned there is no other pawn shop in town!

I came in 15 minutes before closing time and seen the long line of people and thought it was going to be a long stop but this guy name Anthony was getting customers in and out of there In one of the most professional and expedited ways that I have ever seen. When it was my turn to be seen he was professional and knowledgeable about everything and I loved my quick and polite experience while there.

Laura (sp?) has been the perfect example of authentic, old-school customer service that RARELY exists in this wonderful information ( distraction?) age we have "evolved" into. 100% over and above the new "norm". I originally purchased a dell laptop from the showroom. After about a month, it started showing signs of malfunction. With my warranty, I was able to return it to Value Pawn easily,. When I could not find a comparable laptop on the showroom floor, Laura took a moment and retrieved one from the back storage area. She then proceeded to reset the computer to factory settings and, pending the success of this process, we were able to buy this newer, FASTER touchscreen Dell laptop for $40 more which included the new warranty fee of $25. I am thrilled every time I sit down to use this computer. Its so fast and very new (2020 manufactured). SO for about $270., I got a BALLER computer and had a FANTASTIC experience, and the reason for this was LAURA!!! I highly recommend this location and I will definitely return for other electronic necessities and will always request LAURA!
