My wife was very sick for the month of April so we was very tight on money..I decide to go and see if I can get a loan from Advance America. I’m so glad I did because the manager Ms Eve Vazquez was very friendly and helpful I’m so thankful to meet a person like her. She treated me like I was family ,other than helping me get the loan I want…she also offer me ways to make more money so that I can get back on my feet. Thank you so much Advance America and a special thank to the manager Ms Eve you rock!!!!

Ms. Eve was extremely helpful and amazing at what she do. It was my first time here and she made me feel at home and did everything in her power to get me what I needed to move in my apartment the next day. May God bless her and continue to do so. Advance America should honor and be grateful to have her in charge.

Called to inquire about a loan. Mrs. Eve (I think that’s what she said) asked had I had a loan in the state of FL before. I said yes. She said did you pay it. I said yes. She took me off speaker phone and proceeded to ask me again. I said yes, it was 5 years ago. She then started getting snarky…”it doesn’t matter if it was 5 years ago, did you pay it in full.” And went on to say how she didn’t want to waste 30 minutes filling out this paperwork just to find out I had a loan in FL before that wasn’t paid off. At this point I said it was 5 years ago, and I paid it off. But never mind I’M GOOD. And I just hung up. I don’t know if I wasn’t answering fast enough for her so she doubted that I was telling the truth or what…but that was the WORST customer service and bad attitude that I’ve received in awhile. I work with the public as well and there was literally no reason for her to act that way. Go home and try again tomorrow if you’re in a bad mood. *Update* called the number like requested. They were apologetic and willing to assist me with getting a new loan. However, I had already went through Ace Cash that same day.

I walked into Advance America 576 for the first time and the young lady that assisted me was very polite and very respectful of my time and took the time to get to know me. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing and made my experience wonderful. If I need to get another loan someday then I’ll be sure to come back to Advance America 576
