The associate at this store at 10771 Beach Boulevard are awesome. They are the best 2 I've ever met! Alex, Omar, Rebecca, Chris and Jordan and many others are so courteous polite and kind and do anything they can to help you.

Ok! I’m sooo late on giving this review and I’m sorry but I came in here almost a month ago looking for a speaker and Alex asked me what I needed, took me to the exact place and help me find the best fit in literally no time! I work in service, so I love encountering good workers! So thank you Alex! You did a great job!

Just went visit the Beach boulevard location. Our experience was great. Alex and Jordan have impeccable customer service and helped us find everything that we needed. We will be returning customers at this location and we're willing to travel from Orange Park just to deal with their wonderful personalities.

I normally avoid going to value pawn because of past experiences with employees. Recently, I needed to come in and I was greeted by this very nice and professional young lady who helped me sell my items and she was even able to give me more money for my items which helped me a lot. Now, every time i need to sell something, I will be going in and asking for Rebecca, personally, because she treated me like a human beind instead of another customer. Her attitude and professionalism made me feel like this person cares about their job and cares about helping people. We all come to value pawn for a reason, we need money and Rebecca does everything she can to give you a good deal. She completely changed my mind about value pawn in general. I would recommend going to value pawn on beach blvd and asking for Rebecca, personally because she goes above and beyond not only get you the best price but also make you feel like you're not getting screwed.

Purchased a piece of jewelry for $345 and the same day it broke. Went back to the store the next day and they offered to bill me to fix it.... My receipt states they will give a store credit for defective purchases brought back the next day. Manager wasnt working but the cashier called 'Kirsten' then relayed her message. Bad business practice. I am a regular customer for Value Pawn across multiple locations since I resale online. This was the first time I had an issue with my purchase, so I'm a little taken back that they do not guarantee their merchandise. I won't be a customer for this franchise any longer. You get better deals and service at the shop down the road.

I honestly love this place. I don’t come here often but anytime I need some quick cash or I’m looking for something specific for a good price, I come to this location! I can count on them to give me a great value for my items, they call me to remind me of my payments and are very accommodating to circumstances. Alex is also AWESOME , so look for him when you stop by!

It's good but the price is t worth it so I brought a gold earring they said it would cost $35 dollars I was like ok no need and took it like that's not worth it.

I've been in there a few times Rebecca has helped me out each time. She's very patient and kind. Alex was also very helpful. Great experiences with both and will return for sure.

Ladies were very rude!!! I came in to look at speakers and all they could talk about was how i wasn't wearing a mask. This place is joke looks disgusting inside..im surprised they are open.
