I got a loan with them, didn't think I would get as much money for my items, but I got way more than expected. I forgot about my loan and forgot that I didn't provide them with an updated phone number, I called back to see if my items had been put out for sale, ( it had been a few weeks) and to my surprise they still had everything of mine! This place is awesome! Ever since the first day I came into the store, nothing but friendly faces, and they really want to help you and they give you the most for your loan! I wouldn't dare go anywhere else but to Value Pawn & Jewelry! I don't remember who I spoke to earlier this morning but she was very friendly and helpful as well! Thanks again!!!!

That Have a Neatly Organized, and clean store... Deals are O.k But I heard them calling Multiple Customers and reminding them of up coming Pawns they might loose... So there cusp Concerns wins with me, cause they could’ve just waited 24 hours And sold the stuff..🤯

Buckle up... so I fell on unfortunate times and regretfully had to pawn my 24k chain from Mene.com... (@Atlantic blvd location) well I picked it up and shortly after found myself having to pawn it again. I was on beach blvd so I chose that location this time. I noticed something was off *trust your gut (I always have proof). Well when I went to the 2nd location he informed me the clasp was switched to 18k. I have pics before pawned and I remember what it looked/felt like before initial pawn(which was the 1st time ever being pawned after purchase)... these were the only times I pawned them and after inspecting pics(and realizing I was got) I won't be picking up. I debated about leaving a review but people are so malicious it's sickening. Please understand mene.com would never risk being frauds and I even have the pics to prove it was not in that condition before hand. They don't have integrity so stay safe guys. Ps you didn't even try when you switched it cause it was sloppy and when I picked it up the 1st time I noticed it and thought mene couldn't/wouldn't be this sloppy luckily I took pictures. Guess it comes with Florida. Stay safe

I came in to the pawn shop.this morning looking for the perfect pool stick to start playing again professionally. After 7 pawn shops with no success and many rude employees I found Eva and the perfect McDermott pool stick. A quick look up on Google for what I thought was a fair price then I made an offer,  Eva conferred with Tobiegail and they came back. Asked for $10 more than I offered and I'm a happy man about to play some pool. Definitely will come back to see Eva and crew soon! Ronnie

I just bought a AC manifold. It is in an excellent condition. The attention of the staff is awesome. Specially Tobiegail she was great getting me what I need. And explain me. Will recommend it.

I always have the best experience coming to the store. As I enter the store they always greet me by name. Even if they don’t have the item they are willing to call different locations. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes I will go there to just browse, and always leave with a smile. Great location great people.

I recently visited Value Pawn on Atlantic Blvd. Eva assisted me in purchasing a Bluetooth speaker for my daughter and also gave me a great deal on some golf clubs. This is by far the best pawn shop in Jax. The staff if friendly, attentive and fair, and their prices and quality of merchandise can’t be beat. I have lived in Jax for over 25 years. I highly recommend Value Pawn. Ask for Eva, she’s Awesome.

I shop here from time to time they recently remodeled the inside and it looks nice. Management and staff always help you out to the best of there abilities. I always tell people to come here they have a little bit of everything televisions, laptops etc....the bad reviews I don’t understand why but they are far from from the truth.

Came here to get rid of a old smart watch, I ended up fining a purse that I wanted. They no longer accepted the smart watch and the manager Alexandrea got a attitude telling me "you do not have to snatch from me hunny.", first off I am not your hunny I am customer that does do good business here often. She told me I had to leave I told her I am paying for my purse. Truth be told I bipolar skits effective and thankfully religiously taking my mediation Absolutely the most disrespectful place I have Ever been to!! T

I came in today not expecting much even though it was a bit busy. The store associate Jocelyn was nice enough to help me out with my purchase and she gave me a great deal and I was satisfied with my overall experience. I spent over $150 and she was very nice and patient with me as I was looking through each item.

Ms. Terria was great. She helped me with my new purchase of my Xbox. Anytime I need something whether it’s from loaning or making a purchases, she always come through. I Highly recommend come seeing the ladies here.

I am 58 years old and have been dealing with pawn shops for purchases and loans since I was 18. This Value Pawn store at 10039 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL is simply the BEST pawn shop I have ever dealt with. As far as purchases I have found some great deals buying guitars, amps and computers at this particular location. As far as loans, they have always dealt fairly with me when I needed a loan, they tend to call to remind me if I need to pay interest, and this shop will work with you to make sure you don't lose your items. I have been to dozens of pawn shops in my lifetime and the customer service at this Value Pawn is the best I have ever received. I highly recommend them as a browse location for things you might want to buy, and if you are in a pinch for cash, I trust these folks with my valuables to be used as collateral on a loan. I can't speak for all Value Pawn locations, as this one at 10039 Atlantic is right across the street from where I live. It is the best of the best. Being disabled I do not have good credit anymore so I had to make other arrangements if I got to the end of the month and money was tight. It is sometimes a controversial thing to take valuables to a pawn shop, but it works for me. You might not hear someone often say this, but I feel blessed having Alexandria and the gang in my neighborhood. spoke to staff about purchasing a tv I had looked at earlier in the afternoon. I showed up 5 minutes before they were supposed to close and they saw me, hurried up and locked the door BEFORE CLOSING TIME and then ignored me acting as though they never saw me after I specifically spoke to them about purchasing said tv. I don't know how they think you do business successfully, but this is not it. Don't recommend you shop here.

Came here looking for a necklace for my boyfriend. Jocelyn Was super sweet and helpful not to mention beautiful!! We had a great experience and will definitely be back to buy more from her.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love going there for jewelry, movies, household items, and guitars.

This is one of the best pawnshops. Very professional and friendly staff. Every time I go to this store they're always willing to help me. The store is one of cleanest shops ever. They really value their customers.

This is the ONLY pawn shop I will go to. My husband and I drive all the way across town to come here. The people are wonderful. They WILL work with you. They are NOT rude as some people have suggested. If they have to get stern with someone it is because someone was rude to them. I have seen this with my own eyes. The staff will do everything they can to accommodate everyone before putting their foot down. Their prices are reasonable and their products are top notch. You won't find better service at any other pawn shop in Jacksonville.
