I went into the Advance America at 13740 Beach Blvd., Ste. 114 in Jacksonville, Florida, 32224, because I'd gotten an email about qualifying for another loan. I'm a repeat customer. The woman behind the plastic shield, Jenne, was cheerful, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and experienced. She and I talked – or rather I talked and she politely listened while doing myriad tasks processing my loan request – and we discovered we were of the same generation. It's such a pleasure (and frankly, a relief) to do business with someone who is closer to my age and who doesn't say 'like' every fourth word. These little things count with 'older' Americans – by which I mean, adults older than 35 – more than corporations realize. Jenne really knew her job, helping me with the automated contract sign in and the whole 'click here' process. It made borrowing money almost pain-free! And certainly stress-free. Thank you, Advance America, for hiring Jenne to represent your company. She should get a substantial raise, an excellent retirement plan, a company-matched 401K plan, and a nice 24 karat item of her choice if she ever does retire.
