My experience was better than I could have hoped for. The process was easy and any questions I had along the way, were quickly answered beyond my satisfaction. Kristine was the agent who worked with me, and she made the experience feel very personal. Any time I called, she remembered exactly who I was, and the details of my case. I didn't feel like I was just another customer. And it made a difference in my peace of mind. Absolute worst advocacy imaginable. Spent more than five thousand dollars for a few minutes with a "tax advocate" who, in reality, was no more than a shade tree tax preparer who got a kickback from the home office for a few reluctant interactions. As it turned out, she advocated more for the IRS than for me. To add insult to injury, after I paid almost 60k I thought I was finished with the IRS and had my problem solved, I finally get a call from my "advocate" telling me that i still owe 26k. Not a single cent of benefit from this "relationship." A word of advice to anyone considering this service: LOOK ELSEWHERE. I literally did most of the work myself. A good tax lawyer would probably charge less and understand the responsibility that a fiduciary owes to their client. Dear Consumer- YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

I’ve been using and dealing with Moneysolver since March of 2021 and still no resolve to my tax issue. After paying over $4k and being sent to 3 different advocates, the matter is still not resolved. Attempted to escalate my problem to multiple supervisors with almost no return call or email. My current advocate “Monica G” simply told me that she just didn’t have time to talk with me and would get back to me next week? And after trying to escalate the matter to “Kaitlan W. Via email and phone call, still no response. It’s been over a year? I’ve saved every email and every phone log in hopes that someone who believes in good customer feedback would actually set up time and hear my concerns. No success. Worst investment ever. These are real people spending hard earned money under the assumption that Moneysolver will take care of your issues. Don’t waste you time or money.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but it forces you too. I paid them $2500 and they didn't even do what they promised. I called back and they wanted to charge me $1950 to fix the issues and the guy straight lied to me multiple times. He said he called me and left a voice mail and I told him he couldn't have done that because I don't even have voice mail set up. Then he swore he called me so I looked through my call log and there were no missed calls on that day. I refuse to deal with these crooks again.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I’m say one thing and do not deliver . I have talked to managers who say they can provide services and let my rep know what we are going to be doing, but it’s just a run around to keep collecting your money. They will not return your calls you leave messages but they don’t call you back it’s been two weeks. Don’t deal with this company in my option it’s a scam

When I found out my husband had not paid our taxes for six years I almost had a heart attack. I am not one that understands numbers very well nor do I understand legal terms at all. I was able to be connected with Ruth who has been extremely patient with me easy-going and would repeat things as many times as I needed her to for me to understand it. She would send me stuff through email wait till I receive it and then she had me look at it while she graciously walked me through what I needed to do. Then she would talk me off the ledge and we always ended our call with us laughing! I could not ask for a better relationship with the company that deals with the IRS so I don’t have to! lol

You would be making a mistake i was charges 2900 for tax filling and student loan rehabilitation. They never made a call to DOE after 1 year of me constantly calling and e-mailing I took care of it myself, and DOE advised the service is free. Im filing with the FL attorney general good luck if you do business with these lying crooks

I know when I first received money service from an ad online it was like up in the top three ratings so I spent $250 and I haven't heard nothing else from him except bills when the next payment due I haven't got any information about my case nothing about my w-2s so I don't know what's going on all this keeps sending me is when your next payments due I was wondering do y'all do refunds ... I guess they took it in their own hands as they take the money out their self of my account so I had to cancel my credit card so now I end up spending 350 with no information I'm paying for something I know nothing about and when I tried to consult them they hung up if I had to know when I was getting into I would have never went I ain't got nothing in return I'm out of 350 bucks and they hung up three times sorry

They talk a good talk but are short on the "solver" portion of their pitch. I contracted with them to assist me with my IRS issue and in the end, I was the one who did most of the work. Communication was almost non-existent unless I resorted to badgering my "advocate," which in my case was a tax preparer in St. Louis. After over five grand in payments, the issue is still not fully resolved. Word of advice to other would-be clients: consider other options carefully before you contract with MONEYSOLVER/TAX DEFENSE NETWORK... you'll be glad you did!

So in January of 2022 I reached out to Money Solver / Tax defense network to help me resolve issues with IRS and most important with the Department of revenue. I had a discussion with one of their "sales People That would connect me with a tax expert . He promised to solve all our issues and get us back on with all agencies . He gave connected me with a lawyer that apparently had quit . That should have been the first red notice. He told me the total cost would be 6500 dollars , a fair amount to give us peace of mind. Then I was connected with a second set of "Tax Experts" Mary Bone from somewhere in Wyoming, and she seemed capable and boy was I wrong with that. At the end she admitted ( after sending me sales tax returns that were so badly written that I could see that they were not right ) and after about 3-4 months she sent me an e mail to reach back out to Moneysolver office and she admitted that she did not have the required knowledge to handle this . At this point I had already paid them 4500 dollars and sent them all the paperwork ( that I still have not received back ) so I did talk to the Final lady Gina DeBlasio and another battalion of Tax experts, and told her all I needed for them to do was do as they promised and I would resume payment . At this point I believe it was all just a scam and hope I can recover some of my hard earned money and find some real help . Needless to say this has left me in a far worse position . I have reached out to the new lady Gina several times in the last 2 weeks but no reply. I think they know I am on to their scam. I have all correspondence with them saved all the e mails and will attach the last one that Mary Bone sent me admitting that she does not understand Colorado Sales tax law that she was supposed to do for me.

I spent over 8k for these people to handle my tax problems and it's been nothing but a headache. I have pretty much done almost everything ony own and still, nothing has been solved. My tax liability wasn't lowered and they still haven't filed anything to the IRS on my behalf. Call a real tax attorney before wasting money with these people.

My tax specialist Alexis Melton is very unprofessional. Her main flaw is communicating. She does not reply to emails, or returns phone calls. When the IRS is bullying you, communication with the people you are paying to fix your issues is valuable. If I had an option I would give this company a negative-5 star rating, due to Alexis Melton lack of communicating.

When I called about my taxes in the beginning they talked a good game. Then that was it emailed multiple messages wanting updates got no replies. This has been since Dec 23 and not a single update I have been getting certified mail from the IRS and there is no sense of urgency on there part.
