Sheila and Whitney were an amazing help to me for helping me not only get my car refinanced but also help me get my previous loans paid off and helped me get my credit back on track! There were both very prompt, professional, and willing to explain the entire process from start to finish. In addition, they got Everything done for me rather quickly! I am very pleased with my service from the both of these ladies!

I've been a member of VyStar Credit Union for quite some time now and I wanted and needed someone that genuinely cares about the members and shows it. Finally, I have Sheila McMullen! I was referred to Sheila because of her willingness to help in any way she can along with the great professionalism she shows. Sheila did not disappoint and I've decided to make the Regency brand my preferred branch even though I live near another branch. Sheila makes it worth my wow. VyStar is blessed to her Sheila as a part of their team.

The Staff at this location is awesome! Jonathan is extremely Knowledgeable, Hailey customer service is impeccable! She took the time to answer all of my questions & made me feel very comfortable. I love VyStar,even through this mobile banking fiasco. I haven’t had any issues using Magic Touch, ATMs or such. I’m getting into my accounts by Googling “Vystar”and going into the bank that way,I was able to make my car payment with no problem. When I’ve had to go into the branch with a problem Rodney is amazing at helping get things done. Everyone is kind and caring and understanding about clients frustration,and you need to understand that they are just as frustrated. I have been a member for over 30 years and every issue I have ever had was always dealt with professionally.

I was there today taking care of some finances. This was one of the most positive experiences I have had at Vystar during my five years of membership. I witnessed Michael Jackson help an elderly member fill out their slip and assist them with getting through the line as quickly as possible to help avoid the elderly gentleman standing for a long period of time. He was extremely attentive and helped clear the line in a timely fashion. He was very courteous and went above and beyond his job description!

Jonathan was super efficient in helping me set up a checking account for the first time. He walked me through setting up online banking and accessing my account. Very thankful!!

Jonathan was knowledgeable and quick, assisted me with fighting multiple fraudulent charges and securing my accounts in a timely manner. Wait time to get service was a bit long, but everyone was very kind, management was organized and communicative. Can't fault wait times when clients are being given the time necessary to complete requests.

I've been a member here since high school and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Everyone has always been so helpful and accommodating. Sheila especially has been the highlight of men expanding my relationship to the business side. She is so professional and helpful with everything and treats you like her only client. I will recommend her and this bank to everyone i know anytime.

I went into the branch today to take care of some fraud issues on my account and to close my account. Donna Henderson was so helpful, understanding and patient I have decided to keep my account with Vystar. It is really tuff to find 5 star service anywhere anymore. She provided it.

I have had to go to the branch several times due to fraudulent use of my credit card. Hailey Phillips helped me both times. VyStar is fortunate to have employees as caring and helpful as Hailey!
