Worst customer service ever, I don't understand how we have to make appointments in order to talk with a representative and still they receive customers without any appointment. Making us loose time and disrespecting us as customers. Won't come back to this office anymore, we're a joke for them.

So disappointed in this bank when it was open and able to run properly it was great, but now every time I have tried to deposit money in the ATM it says it is only taking checks no cash. I called and let someone know my debit card is getting ready to expire, she okay you should receive another one

GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH!! The employees are disrespectful. I was the only customer there but I spent 35 minutes waiting while the employees chit chatted. Happens everytime I come here. The employees don’t care and will just pass you off to the next person if you have an issue. The banker who notarized my document spelled my name wrong!! Seriously?? She had 3 documents with my name on them. Just Careless. I’m a new member and this is the first impression I’m left with. Truliant needs to hire a completely new staff at this location.

An excellent credit union to deal with. All staff members are very professional and nice . keep up the good work !

Wait time at the drive thru is horrible. Considering that you can't go inside I would think they would do better at the drive thru. Going to switch to another credit union.

Made appointment as required. Knocked on window and waved to teller from outside so someone could unlock the door to let me in. SHE WAVED BACK AND DID NOTHING. Knocked strongly andLindsay slowly walked over to unlock door. Was asked exactly what I needed. I said, "It's on my appointment memo which I filled out online as you requested but I need..." She cut me off and asked me to have a seat. Someone brought over a form for me to fill out for a withdrawal. I sat and watched as car after car was given their money through the drive thru. Half an hour later, while the manager and 2 others sat in their office, NOT helping me, Lindsey picked up my form. Will be closing my account as soon as I can after telling their Main Office exactly why.

Usually my experience here is excellent, but today was different. Worst. Day. EVER! Can't remember the lady's name that helped me, but she did quite the opposite! I asked her if I could put my card on hold in case I found it when I got home and instead it was cancelled. Got home and found my card! Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to use my card for gas, groceries, etc with 2 small kids with me 24/7!!! Will NOT EVER deal with her again! You can't be serious!!!

When an office does not have the common sense and/or decency to respect their neighbors I would not want to deal with them on a personal level. Keep your signs off the sidewalk, people walk there. They can see your building, no need to trip over your signs. The grass is right next to the sidewalk, great place for a sign.....

They have stepped up their game tremendously with the wait times. Tellers have always been quite friendly the only issue earlier this year was the wait time on Saturdays. They have cut that time down and it's a breeze to go through the line and handle your business.

We need a branch in the area of Rock Hill ,S.C. You closed the branch in McAdenville which was the closest branch for a lot of long-time members from a large utility plant in our area and the people that have made a mad Exodus out of the high taxed County of Wreckinburg and crossed into York County.
