I have been using this company to process my merchant transactions for a while now and out of all the merchant accounts we have used, this company is by far the most professional, kind and responsive. I can't recommend Capital Bankcard South enough. As a merchant with higher dollar but fewer card transactions for the last couple of years I can quickly say it has made that aspect of our business much stronger. After doing business with square for over 2 years we decide to give Payment Pilot a try. We quickly realized how much better there services were than square. No more random account freezes or holds on high dollar transitions. Payment Pilot is a very easy platform to work with and there team have a passion for what they do.

We signed on with Payment Pilot as a better overall option for onsite credit card payment processing. The onboarding was prompt and efficient with plenty of help at every step. The database transition and app download were quick and flawless. So far the payments have been processed within a day -- all as promised in their introduction. It's a pleasure doing business with another business that has their act together.

Great service and onboarding experience for our company. We have had some bad experiences with other companies as we were looking to promote and expand our business and working with Payment Pilot has been smooth and they delivered what they said and there were no hidden costs or did not feel like they were trying to sell anything that we were not looking for or upselling us. They have been very communicative and responsive any time I had a question or a concern (based on experiences with other companies). They provided us the chance to extend financing to customers, which has been a very smooth transition, they built our website and again that went smoothly and very responsive and took what we told them and put it to action. They have other services that they offer, we are not at the point of needing them currently, but if we do in the future will be using them. It is great to keep various services in one company vs. having to work with multiple companies and people to accomplish what we did with having a account rep that I can interact with to accomplish what we need. I can't say how impressed I am with this company and would definitely recommend for all businesses.

This company has many components to them. They offer financing for customers for businesses and financing for the company as well as card processing its nice to have a one stop shop. Everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and professional. I would recommend them to other companies and have done so in the past. Great customer service for us and our customers.
