Matthew was such a great help! When I walked into the store, he was the first person to greet me. His energy was welcoming and really made me feel comfortable. This was my first time at a pawn shop, but he was so knowledgeable that I definitely will be coming back to this store to make another purchase.

I had the most helpful person help me . His name was Matthew Paul and he helped me and my daughter get out TV. He kept going to the back to make sure that we got the perfect TV that fits us. I have never seen that type of customer service before . Another family member had also dealt with Matthew and that is why I came to this location he is irreplaceable I hope the company knows that. And when I come back again I will definitely see Matthew.!

National Pawn is a great place if you want to get a reasonable price for merchandise. Atiba Leeper got me a loan fast and everyone was super helpful and very nice. It feels like family here!

Jose and Juan were great. This was my first experience at a pawn shop. They were immediately attentive and very polite. Masks were required which is preferential to me. The store was clean and organized and I was happy to sell my TV. I will be back in the future if my needs demand it.

I walked in and the associate Lynwood immediately greeted and helped me with no hesitation. He directed me to Zach who had me out in about 5 minutes or less. No hassle or nothing and did I mention that they are still wearing mask while at the same time not harassing customers as to whether they are wearing one or not. Overall good experience

I recently visited the National Pawn located at 5418 South Boulevard. I had the pleasure of being personally assisted by Francis. Although this is a chain pawn shop this location provides a family friendly service focused atmosphere. Francis was able to make informative suggestions on Christmas presents for my loved ones. Yes I did happily make a purchase without regret. I encourage anyone who wants to find a great deal and friendly service to visit this National Pawn location. Francis thank you and my niece and nephew thank you for allowing them to have something they otherwise would not have received for Christmas and it all looks brand new.

I've come to this pawn shop often over the last couple of years and the service has been amazing. Nikki has helped me nearly every time I've come but everyone else is awesome too! I went in today to look at more camera equipment and DVDs, and a skillet (yeah I know right - at a pawn shop) but even though they didn't have it Nikki told me where I could find one... And if I Bought a brand new one how to get it to cook like an old one. She always goes above and beyond to help me any way she can! Greatly appreciated!

Had a good experience at National Pawn. Evelyn was very helpful, the rest of the staff were as well. I was interested in a telescope, and after looking in the back Evelyn was able to find the accessories that came with it. Another member of the staff was able to find the red dot sight attachment to the telescope that had been removed. Very pleased with my purchase and the experience I had, would definitely shop there again.

They broke my laptop after I pawned it and kept calling me to make a payment. So I did cause I want it. Wouldn't unwrap it when I came to pick it up. So I did.. It wouldn't turn on. Ok... it's been in here since last year so maybe it needs to be recharged from already on full when I pawned it..but ok. Plug it in and it takes too.. long to come on..but ok. I power off and closed to put into my laptop bag and notice a crack going from the top right corner diagonally towards the bottom left.. and then I asked why did you brake my computer. I'm told they don't keep surveillance videos no longer than a week. Bull malarkey #1. We don't know who accepted it in cause it could have been broken when you brought it in..Bull malarkey#2. I'm like well you don't accept items like that. Says they do..Bull malarkey #3. I said no it wasn't broken!.. I wouldn't have paid monthly fees for 7 months knowing I've sold you a broken computer! I would have just left it here and laughed at you buying it!! So I told them to buy me another new after they offered me one of their defective ones on the shelves. They could have told me the day it happened if they were honest and good people to deal with.. But I'm guessing But truly know NOT!! You've lost a customer for life. I truly just can't stand you National Pawn.. Employee (woman) was rude 🖕 and after she asked if we needed help, she continued to joke with other employee about a customer that had just pawned something and left. Making fun of the guy and how she got his item for dirt cheap. I will never pawn or shop at this location ever.

I had an awesome experience with this location. I thoroughly appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and employees, especially the account manager Ray! Would definitely recommend again!

I had a wonderful experience while shopping for a diamond ring! I was greeted by Nikki, who held the door for me. While looking at rings, Maria took time with me to find a diamond ring with a white gold band. She was so patient and I can tell she genuinely wanted me to be sure and happy with my purchase. We left a pawn shop before coming to this one. It was horrible dusty and stinky. Pulling into the parking lot to see this pawn shop visually was already an awesome change. When we walked in smelled sooo good to me. No dust and bright to see everything. We came in for a tv and they had them set up so I could view what the graphics looked like. Had an awesome experience at this location today. We seen the add on Facebook marketplace for an Xbox one. National Pawn instantly messaged us back letting us know it was available. The in store experience was well worth the 30 minute drive for us. When we walked in, they already had the Xbox hooked up to a tv so we could make sure everything worked properly. It included all the wires necessary for instant play and a controller as well. We were helped by Dave and a younger lady. Despite the store being busy, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a warranty and we could not be more pleased. The whole experience took maybe 5 minutes in store. 10/10 would recommend. Kudos!

Don't bother. Sign says they close at 7pm. Another sign says "open". Doors are locked and when I pulled on the door, & the employees looked up at me then went back to their work, ignoring me. Only 1 customer was inside.

Wow , so I went to other pawn shops and had trouble resetting an Apple Watch and finally when I came to national pawn and spoke to Maria, she fixed it in 5 mins! Going to the pawn shop is perhaps one of my least favorite things to do, but this pawn shop completely turned around my experience. Andrea and Francis are so nice and just the entire atmosphere is so welcoming and fun. On Saturdays they have a DJ and food and do a raffle. Great energy here; I always feel great when I leave. I would highly recommended visiting National pawn. Make sure you ask for Ray. He really would listen and take into account what you asking for. Not like your typical pawn shop where they low ball you on everything and you still end up with change. He defiantly gave me top pay for my item. Very funny,personable man. I absolutely would recommend this pawn to anyone! Right from when I opened the door I was greeted and helped. I explained my situation and I had been to 4 pawn shops before this one and all of them could not come close to what I needed to borrow. They helped me out in a time of need(isn't that the whole reason we pawn things) the other pawn shops were rude and non understanding but National Pawn on south blvd NC came to my rescue! And the clerk was awesome thanks Evelyn Ventura and her manager for a wonderful experience.
