I’m very happy with the service of Mr. Ventura. We had tried before to get our windows, floor and kitchen renovated for a long time. We had attempted before with different lenders and they kept pushing us away saying they could not help us, we had giving up and along came Mr. Ventura and walked us to the entire process and explained everything. He was so patient since I did not know how to use my phone or email. He walked us through the process of the refinance even spent money on overnight documents to us so we could get him the documents her needed for the refinance. I am an extremely satisfied client, and I'd like to share my experience with you! I received an offer from ICG Charlotte NC in the mail; So I googled ICG and found that they were indeed legit with good ratings, so I called in and spoke to Ryan, the Loan Officer of the ICG Charlotte NC team & office. I was comfortable and knew that he was the "real deal", so I proceeded: Ryan's financial creativity wound up being better than what I had originally asked him for! I went with the fixed rate "Cash-Out ReFi", and he got me locked into an excellent rate, and maybe even better if I contacted him sooner! Ryan's team is excellent! I was always "in the loop", and always had various team members keeping in contact with me during the process. When I had any immediate questions or concerns, Ryan's assistant, Ms. Brianna, was always available every step of the way! They are a "finely tuned financial machine", who utilizes a secure online document signing, uploading, & retrieval system, which kept the "paperwork" in the digital domain: Quick, easy, & done! Any payments can also be made securely online too! One of the highlights was that for the final closing documents, ICG Charlotte NC, made arrangements for a Notary Public Real Estate Closing Specialist to visit me & my wife in the comfort of our own home, to take our signatures, and provide hard copies of all of the official closing documents! David Anderson at Intercontinental Capital Group was wonderful to work with when my husband and I refinanced our home. We had never refinanced before and David was very knowledgable and had great communication with us, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. Offered a debt consolidation just to get denied for having to much debt. WORSE experience I’ve ever had. I had over 5 Loan Processors they either quit or just disappear and the new representative will tell you the previous info was “ lost in transition “ and resend it all again. , 4 month process, This company is a JOKE. DO NOT USE ICG !!!

Joshua Heffernan was so helpful, and patient. When I called he answered the phone promptly and in a very professional matter. He took the time to answer all my question, with clear and detailed explanations. He got my basics ans then called me back one he worked over my options. All information was given to me in a way that made it very easy to decide what would work best for us. When we made our decision how to move forward, he was incredibly patient. That particular day I was hours from home trying to scan and send over documents on my phone, and technology wasn’t cooperating, but he helped get it done. I never felt overwhelmed, or rushed. This mortgage company has an A rating with the Better Business Bureau. Our experience was top notch on a re-finance. We closed on time. I got a mailer with a very low interest rate and I thought it was too good to be true, but it wasn't. Our loan officer (Justin Griggs) was excellent at communicating quickly with us. Highly recommended.
