Alec and his team were extremely attentive and helpful. As a first time home buyer there was a Lot I didn't understand, but the team at Charlotte Loan Review/Rapid Mortgage were always willing to hop on a call day or night (and Even Weekends!) to explain the various parts of the process to me.
