I had a very good experience there. The staff doesn't hover over you trying to sell you something. They tell you their specials and let you make your own decision. Rudy was top notch! He got me what I needed without any problem. I'll definitely go back.

The staff is always welcoming and prompt in taking care of transactions. The store is well kept and well organized. I've talked to a few employees over my few visits there. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable.

The employees are really friendly and work very quickly. They make the experience very relaxed and really strive to meet their customers needs. Alfredo, Sophia and Eluid are all wonderful people who represent the company very well.

Purchased a tv on late afternoon March 18th to use as a monitor. Plugged in my laptop and Hdmi on March 19th and the connection would not hold so I gave them a call letting them know my issues,I didnt have time to drive from south Carolina back to the shop so i gave the company a call. A male answered the phone i explained the sotuation and was told that I could come on Wednesday for a refund because i bought a protection plan. Needless to say make surr you get all the details they only wanted to give me storr credit or partial money back for a buy back. I felt scammed and won't be returning back.
