My Mother came to this bank Friday and withdrew $450 came home to pay her rent on zelle and 2 $450 withdraws had been made one my mother's signature one someone else's signature. It been several hours on hold no return calls her rent is now late no answers Kristine R Mckinney was the teller on both transactions at best she's an ID10T at worse she's a rip-off! watch your bank statements

They changed their hours a month and a half ago and yet haven’t updated it with Google or on the doors?! I rode 25 minutes there for them to tell me they were closed!

BB&T is one of the worst banks I’ve worked with and now they won’t let any one deposit money into my account That is not listed on the account this is one of the silliest policies I’ve ever heard and no other bank that I have worked with does this My new bank is Republic n so far they are amazing and they don’t have any of these silly policies. I will always tell all my friends and family do not use BB&T or Suntrust now that they’re merging

I’ve been with BB&T since I retired from the army. It’s been my experience that a bank is a bank and not alway a positive relationship. That is until I moved to Florida and began my relationship with BB&T. They know me as soon as I walk in and am always greeted with a “hi frank “. Kelly , Lee et al are great people. Over the last 9 years I’ve occasionally run into 3 rd party banking problems. Usually a error from some store or credit card company. BB&T is alway willing to help me sort it out and calm my nerves like when capital one took out $1100 in error. I will not bank anywhere else. Thanks guys :)

NOT business friendly at all with your hours!!

I have been with Bb&T for many years and am completely satisfied with the staff, at the Hudson branch. Update 2-8-2022 review above was before the merger with Suntrust! I am sad to say this Branch in the last 6 months has declined as far as customer service is concerned. There’s only so much you can blame on Covid before you start taking responsibility for your lack of interest in your job. If not for Lee I would be gone.

They do not have the interests of small business at heart.

BB&T doesn't seem to care for customer service anymore. You can only use the drive thru for most services if you got a long time to wait in line. All the other Banks in the area still care. They are still open.

Terrible customer service by Lee apparently they changed policy’s outta nowhere. When I’ve been doing the same thing since I’ve open my bank account. Hence why I’m closing my account.
