Jose is awesome, the staff there went above and beyond to help me find and get what I needed. They also worked with me on the financial end. All and all I had a great experience, the manager Tiffany really knows what she's doing.

Tim at Pawn Max was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He was upfront about pricing and gave thorough and helpful information in regards to pricing. Best pawn experience I've had and I learned something in the process. I highly recommend if you are looking for a pawn broker this is the only place you need to visit.

Love the prices on jewelry but hate that they can't identify the stones or don't. They claim the colored stones aren't accounted for in the price, just hold weight so I have no idea if I am getting a black diamond, emerald, ruby, etc....this sounds fishy to me bc I never heard of this at a pawn shop. It makes me wonder if they are swapping real stones and then saying this. I hope not....it would be nice to know if I am getting the stones I want. Someone needs to fix this issue. It was great my 1st visit but my last visit was awful. Seemed like a bunch of scammers working there except the poor new kid who was trying and no one would help him. He laid my layaway on a counter in the middle of a bunch of things and I asked him if he would put it up twice and he seemed confused. I am getting the stones and EVERYTHING CHECKED WHEN I get them out of layaway and everything better be real

Will not be coming back. The employee pulled a bait and switch by telling me the video games on the wall were 3/$10. Then as I go to check out she starts looking up prices and telling me how much she could sell them online and starts raising the prices. I’ve been here multiple times and given this place business but it’s a slap in the face when they pull a bait and switch on you. UPDATE - manager contacted me and made the situation right. I appreciate the follow up, thank you.

This place has junk. The ladies in here are very rude. Way over priced on what they sell. Do yourself a favor and go to a place that cares about their customers. Golden Nugget Pawn right down the street is a classy place to shop.

This store is the best pawn shop I have ever stepped foot inside of. First of all, it offers a wide range of very interesting things and useful tools for both workingmen and entertainment seekers. Really fair prices on all their technologies and power tools. They even have outdoor equipment like fishing. Secondly the positive attitude of the staff is unheard of. They always genuinely greet each guest with respect and are attentive with questions. They are fast, fun, and friendly. Always letting me play the 🎸🎷 Best of all is the lay away. They give you ample time to make a purchase that you do not yet have the money for. Only 10% down and they hold it to the side until you get the rest. This location is my home pawnshop because they are nice enough to let me play all of their instruments. I go here to just to be in the positive atmosphere.

My co-worker and I were looking for a pressure washer for our assisted living facility and we came by this place. The place is neat and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable with items that you want to purchase. Being someone who doesn’t have much knowledge on pressure washers, the guys at the store helped us to choose the right one for our facility. Eddie helped us purchase our pressure washer and he even did a test run of the machine to make sure it was running properly before we bought it. Definitely coming back!

Literally want to give me nothing for items I paid hundreds of dollars for. Waste time trying to find it authentic lowest price possible on the internet to give you a third of that price. Every pawn max I've went to is the same or worse. Plus staff isn't helpful just rather have attitudes. I would never recommend or go back to another. I'm pretty sure being a doucher is a job requirement.

Absolutely by far the best pawn shop I had visited. The staff was super friendly, but not pushy and all up in your business like some I have been to. Also, We bought a camera, which was a great camera, but ended up needing a new battery which I didn't want to pay for because it was extra, and they give you 60 days on electronics. So we brought the camera back to exchange thinking it was going to be hard to exchange something or they would be like nothing is wrong, etc. We walked in told them the problem, exchanged it for a great camera that takes great pictures with no hassle from them at all. Also, we witnessed someone come in with some name brand tools (Ryobi), and he turned them down after he tested them out. This shows me they take the time to make sure they have quality items. All items in the store are clean as well as the store. They are very honest about their products as well. Like I asked about another camera, and a weedeater, and the staff told me that camera was probably not a good investment, and the weedeater did not work. They could have just let me buy all those items and me lose money, and they gain my money. Most pawn shops are nonrefundable and all sales are final.
