Everyone was very friendly and greeted you as such when you came in. I took some old jewelry and designer bags in.. Craig was very helpful and gave me a fair price for the jewelry. Shayne was so friendly, easy to talk to .. we had some laughs! She also gave me a fair price for the bags I took in..Andrew was great, he was kind enough to look at some jewelry for me as well.. I would highly recommend anyone to go to the Golden Nugget!

Came there just to look around and was greeted & assisted by a young man named Chuck. He was thorough , helpful & Gave us a great deal on some lawn equipment. Excellent customer service is everything g when it comes to a business & honestly tends to go much further then even better prices ! You like to go where your treated good ! My first time in I spoke with Shane, she was great!!! The next time I came in I had the pleasure of meeting Gage. I wanted to do something for me and was having a lot of trouble making a decisio. Gage was so informative and patient that I finally made up my mind! So far it has been an all around great experience!

Golden nugget is a great shop with friendly people. Shane helped me out tremendously and got me a great deal on my purchase. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Friendly staff. Very unhappy that FFL transfer fee has doubled. Was unaware. Having to pay more for everything these days so I guess this is just the new normal. Will likely look for a new transfer location.

This is our go-to pawn shop. They are honest and fair, have worked with us in the past when needed and always treat us with respect. Craig is awesome, Eddie is super cool too and the two girls that work there, (Devin I think and I'm not sure of the other girls name) are wonderful. Everyone there that we have dealt with has been great. I definitely recommend them and we will always come back.

I’ve visited Golden Nugget Pawn & Jewelry twice now; once to purchase a crucifix to replace one that I had lost, and today to sell some jewelry that had not been worn for years. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, the items for sale are surprisingly wide ranging and reasonably priced, and I was offered a fair price for the jewelry I brought in to sell. I will soon be in the market for some lawn maintenance equipment & it’s the first place I’m going to check.

The cleanest pawn shop I've ever seen . The power tools are under glass cases as well as the huge selection of jewelry . Their selection of firearms is amazing and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful .

They have top quality jewelry that you’ll never see on anyone else, and the price is phenomenal! The layaway service allows me to make payments and purchase things that I normally couldn’t afford if I had to pay the full price at once. The customer service is top notch and they make me feel like a valued customer EVERY TIME!

I have been going there for over 10 years dont know anyone in particular, but always feel im being attended to in fair order. Guys are fast and knowledged in thier chores, and respectful. the shop is always neat thier array of items are laid out quite pro like, I always peruse the entire store when Im waiting for an item. Never any hassels or foul mouth rethoric. I enjoy the experence in the 12-15 visits per year. And it takes no time to do your purposed business. Quite Professional and well spoken.

The staff at Golden Nugget are always upfront with you for better or worse. They're fair with loan amounts and helping to resolve any issues if at all possible. In short.... I personally feel that unlike most Pawn shops, the staff and management at Golden Nugget are not purposely and actively trying to screw you out of your belongings. That being said. They are a pawn shop and their purpose is to make money one way or another. So you very well may lose your stuff if you don't pay when you should.

I was in need of some quick cash and they provided me with a more than fair offer for my item! In fact when I told them what I wanted for the item the manger actually offered more so it was a plus! Very professional staff I will definitely go there again if I am in need of quick cash again. Highly recommend them!

My husband and I come in often weather we are buying or just browsing we are always treated great. Gage always has extensive knowledge when it comes to the many questions we have and he has impeccable customer service. This is by far is our favorite pawn shop.

Absolutely the best around! They always treat you with kindness, respect, and honesty. I’ve been here several times both as a seller and a buyer and they have always given me fair prices. This is the only Pawn Shop I do business with.

I give 5 stars to the folks who work at Golden nugget. But as far as the owners decisions well not very friendly. I understand he is in it for the profit but as far as having any kind of compassion he falls short. The reason I pawned my gun is because my oldest was in a fatal car accident which left her 3 children orphans. I had to move back to California which is bad enough. I paid on my firearm 2 years. I could have bought 2 more guns for what I paid to golden nugget. Then the background check didn't go through which is funny because NOTHING HAS CHANGED NOT EVEN A PARKING TICKET. To offer me $325 was a slap in the face. I can't afford another trip to Florida so I was forced to take it. I hope he enjoys his gun and all the extra money. 💔
