ACE Cash Express Little Rd, New Port Richey

Just wanted to say how helpful Petrona was yesterday when I came into cash a check. She broke down everything very clearly for me and even gave me a few helpful tips. The only reason I come in person is because she is always helpful and quick when I come in.

I will only go to this Ace Cash Express because Petrona is the sweetest , kindest person I have ever met. She does her job with such professionality and with a big smile on her face . I been there several times and she always so positive and happy to help you .You can tell she genuine cares about the customers and her job. If I was her boss I would give her a raise and management position. She is amazing for that business. Thank you Petrona , you truly are an amazing woman

Petrona was by far the most amazing customer service representative. She went above and beyond for me and even listened to my frustrations and calmed me down from a very intense situation. I only come to Ace for Georgia because how sweet and efficient she is. She rocks at her job. I am in and out every time. Today there was 4 people ahead of me and I was out in less than 20 mins. I highly recommend this establishment.

I highly do not recommend this place if you need to cash a check go to amscot i cashed with ace befor with no problem and today the lady just gave me the run around made me go back to the customer to get a hold of him and after hours i finaly got a hold of them i called and she said she could not help me and she has to call the bank too so im going to have to wait a couple days to cash it i would never go back there and i hope everyone else realized how messed up this place is amscot is forsure the way to goi would never use them again

I always look forward to seeing Petrona’s smiling face when I enter there. She is personable and attentive. You are very fortunate to have her as an employee. She makes you feel important and like part of the family. I enjoy going to your location because of her.

Ace was very quick and easy, not there very long, very friendly and excellent service, went for very small loan got denied but very satisfied with results.... would recommend everyone that needs help big or small, and no madder the results of a yes or no, it's quick and easy and with comeback results let's you fix or checkout to get help the next visit. So friendly it feels like a big welcome with hugs.... thank you Ace Cash Express I will be seeing you soon

What a fantastic experience I had at this store. I had a troubling transaction if you would say, and the beautiful ladies Georgia and Petrona were amazing!!! Petrona is the most amazing, personable, kind woman. She is absolute best at her job. I will never go to any other ace cash checking place because I only want to deal with Petrona. I wish I could give her 100 stars. I don't know who's the manager . But my opinion Petrona should be manger . She's absolutely the best employee there is out of all the ace cash Expresses.
