Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Embassy Blvd, Port Richey

Horrible bank horrible security gives you hard time doing anything

i spent 16 bux going to this bank THAT SAID LOBBY WAS OPEN 10-4. the doors were LOCKED. the phone goes to voicemail and web site which does nothing to show what i need. then i contacted their "helper", Erica. i explained what i needed.. u know what she said???? "i cant help you. i closed my account. Does anybody know a branch that has lobby open in new port richey ?

Noon on a Friday and there are 10 people in line. One teller And two other bankers sitting at there desks not doing anything. I have been in line for 15 mins as the other bankers just watch the line get longer and longer. Never had an issue with the one they closed on ridge road.

Not enough tellers. Waited in line to be told I had to wait AGAIN for a different person. Someone should be directing people when they walk in so you don't waste anyone's time. Never returning to this branch. Hate banking with this bank anyway. Wells Fargo is so much better

I had an appointment for 3, so did 3 other people who were waiting, and only two people at desks were seeing us. I was seated with someone at 3:20, but wasn't seen by the worker until she was done talking with another customer who seemed to be more of a friend. She sits down and starts messaging people on Facebook then finally starts helping me. Shortly after, another worker comes over and asks her to be a translator for another customer, which is fine, but I was being seen, had been there much longer and it was already about 3:35 at this time. She helped the customer and sat back down to immediately go back to messaging people on Facebook and even took a personal phone call in the middle of helping me. Finally at around 4 I left without getting much done that i needed to because i had places to be. The employee had red hair, not sure what her name was. But just don't bother if you need a bank to use. Bank of America sucks in general

I always have a wonderful experience at this Bank of America. this place has always been pretty good. This location is just excellent. Clean, bright, easy to find, A lot of parking spaces. The employees are very nice, friendly, helpful, professional, efficient. Especially John Kostakis and Christie . They are very professional and always have handled my money the right way.Thank You all!

A whole bank open and paying its employees with your money but not cashing CHECKS THAY COME FROM THIS BANK???? No. NO WAY ATE YOU TAKING PEOPLES MONEY BUT ITS A PROBLEM TO GET IT. NO NO NO!!!!! I’m warning everyone get your money out the bank!

Drive thru tellers are not open, however, there are 3 ATM's there and the lobby is open. Also, two of the 3 ATM's are drive thru. You can also choose what denominations you can get out of ATM's. JoeP

This location is closed due to shortage of staff. Tried to visit on 4/27/2021 and sign on door says Temporarily Closed. Went to the location on Hwy. 52 and was told several locations have been closed because of a shortage of staff due to the Covid Pandemic. Best to call before you go.

have visted multiple times since april 1st and every single time they have been closed. They need to be shut down if they refuse to work. They claim shortage of staff but don't even seem to be hiring.
