GTE Financial Credit Union County Rd, Hudson

Needed to wire funds out of state in the morning at 09:00. I supplied the necessary information or so I thought. Later in the afternoon, the destination back notified GTE stating the account number was incorrect. I checked and discovered I omitted one digit. I hurried back and they were more than helpful resubmitting the wire once again. I believe that due to their dedication to the customer, the 2nd wire was performed swiftly, and the funds arrived to the destination bank that very afternoon. All was good ! I’m all about having GTE as my banking institution ! 😄

Going with a credit union saves me the hassle and fees that many banks look to tack on each month (for doing absolutely nothing). Matt, Anthony, and Sarah are amazing at this branch if you ever have the chance to be served by them. Very competent and responsive to your needs and concerns when you walk through the door.

The reason I prefer credit unions is because of the personalized service and the banking options available. GTE did not disappoint. Lathena took the time to explain all services available and set up our accounts. She is knowledgeable and friendly and made it a very pleasant experience.

Don’t bother wasting your time for a HELOC with this institution. They do not care about new customers. They are unresponsive after numerous voicemails and emails over a 3 week period. Attempted to give them a second chance to correct these issues by contacting the branch manager and again no response to questions or concerns with our loan process. Do yourself a favor and save time and effort and work with another financial institution. I wish I could leave zero stars for the Hudson fl 52/19 location.

I have been a member of GTE Federal Credit Union, now GTE Financial for over 37 years. Throughout the years I have been helped by many employees and have always been happy with my service. Finding myself in a difficult situation and needing some valid advice, I luckily was helped by Mr. Salute. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of and even followed up with me to see if his financial advice was helping. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that advice and was beyond surprised by his followup to make sure my needs were being met. Mr. Salute is very proficient at his job, but more than that..... a truly caring individual. Thank you so much for your time!

Stopped in the other day for a huge issue we were having, Lathena was very knowledgeable & professional. As soon as we started our interaction, she set our minds at ease and we felt confident she would be able to resolve our problems. Within no time our problem was resolved and she gave us some very helpful tips to prevent these kinds of issues in the future. Best service I've received in years!

Came in to open an account for direct deposit switching from another bank and left with confidence! Felt very welcomed from the start I was greeted by branch manager right away and she was very genuine to my needs she guided me to Lathena Who was awesome, made my visit simple and quick gave me some great info which I actually understood! never assumed she was new introduced me to her other manager Matt very nice and informative also meet Anthony who offered to help me set up my business account when I’m ready without making me feel pressured to do it right away honestly everyone there is amazing I’m glad I switch wish it was sooner!
