Truist Forest Pkwy, Forest Park

Horrible service. After sitting in commercial line for almost an hour with only one car at the window the lady came up and opened the door and walked away. Deposit bag has just been sitting in the slot for about 15 minutes.

I'm from out of state with an expired CDL because of the pandemic I have an appointment until October to renew it they did not cash my check .Talked to the bank manager and she said there was nothing they could do for me. Very rude people stay away from this place. GOOGLE needs to allow ZERO stars for people or places that deserve ZERO stars

Had to go into the branch the other day and the staff was so nice and really took the time to explain everything to me. They were just kind. You don’t get that a lot anymore. I really appreciate it.

The Brenda lady that sits to the right when you first walk in is very rude. She has a very unprofessional and argumentative delivery.

There are not many SunTrust branch’s in this area so I’m grateful for this one. It’s in a very industrial area and as such is not a typical retail friendly branch. The ATM, if it’s working, does not have all the functionality of *regular* ATMs i.e. deposits. At times I’ve found the service confoundingly slow.

The staff at this bank are always courtesy and polite. From the moment you walk in the bank, they always greet you with saying welcome to SunTrust now Trust. Although on busier days, they are somewhat slow, but still manage to treat you equally with a smile. Today this bank was temporarily closed due to a safety issue with employees. Hopefully this is not permanent as I would hate to go to another SunTrust bank that may not have the excellent customer service experience as the branch in Forest Park has.

Unfortunately this is the closest location for me and the service is SLOW. Regardless of the time of day or how many customers are in the lines, it is always slow. The employees I’ve encountered are condescending and dismissive. They don’t make an effort to work efficiently to meet the needs of their customers in a timely manner.

The lady named Jessica or whoever that lady at the drive thru is, is extremely rude and Condescending. I’ve had multiple encounters with her and everytime she’s always been rude. So done going to that bank.

Ridiculously slow even if you are the only one in the drive thru!!!! Horrible!!!

The tellers are nice. The other staff that works the floor are not helpful. They don't want to work. And don't let them close in a hour they will look at you and act like your not sitting there waiting on them. This is the only location I have issues with.
