My initial perception of this company was 5 star until I received a call from my insurance company stating that they’re check bounced. Turn around it took them 7 days to reissue a new check then it was placed on hold at the fed ex in California instead of next day delivery as promised. One thing about this discrepancy is, if your wheel aren’t turning you’re not earning. However I guarantee they will still expect prompt payment. It’s been 3 week since the loan was signed and I am still waiting to drive. I wouldn’t recommend this company to an infected pig!!! They don’t answer any calls, Elizabeth will answer every call to write the loan and have absolutely no conversation if there are any problem after the loan is signed. It’s a better company to work with! They’re aren’t deserving of your money!!! I assure you of this. You have been warned.

Omg I have never done a secured loan before but I’m so happy with the way I was treated well throughout the entire process they always answer the phone or return your call promptly, answer all your questions and let you know if they are going to approve you ASAP . Made me feel super comfortable and finally at the end once said and done the money was sitting in my account actually a day before I expected it ! Awesome service. Definitely recommend

I was approved for a truck loan July 2020 and been on autopay ever since. I called to see why my payments were not being reported and the woman that answered the phone was rude for no reason about me calling asking her about my account. She did say they report but Its still not showing up on my credit (its been a year now) I was hoping that this loan would show up on my credit because it was low and I paid this loan on-time every month but I guess I will have a 36,000 dollar loan paid for with no late payments not show on my credit.

Mission to Fix it has helped me tremendously. I contacted Angela for help with my credit six months ago. In March 2021 I was approved for a car loan with low interest rates. I was also approved for a credit card with a $20,000 credit limit. Angela has educated me throughout this entire process with her knowledge of the credit industry. Poor customer service, professionalism, and follow through.They communicate poorly, not answering calls and failing to return them. They set an appointment to go over contract and sign papers and then are unprepared when you get there, making you wait an hour. Once the process of loan is done and signed for they are unable to quickly turn over vehicle title so customer can work! Ridiculously inefficient and infuriating.

Terrible finance company, they do not care to help you Or provide any kind of assistance. Rates are terrible. During Covid pandemic they did not care to help or provide assistance for your account. They only care about the money not the person or what they may be going through. Elizabeth in the Georgia office was great getting me started. But Marcos Zarate and Jeremy Tovalin are completely terrible people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going through the process with Mission overall. It not about how it starts but how they treat you while you invested.

I had a credit inquiry ran by this bank. It was not authorized. The hoops they want me to jump through to get it removed are impossible. 1. They want me to provide them private information. They already failed at letting someone use my information to sign up for products and services. 2. Their forms and processes are old, like 1990s old. The process is not safe and I have no faith that they will fix the issue. I've never banked with this institution. I've never requested any information from this company. They have no desire to help a person that is not a customer. I would avoid this bank at all costs.

I always work with Elizabeth and I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. She is the best, she communicates all the time, I have purchased from her twice. I recommend everyone I know to her, because she truly has her customers best interest. Great company to work with, Underwriters are pretty fast, and it's real easy process

Elizabeth Banks is a great person to work with. She made the process very easy and understandable and got my loan processed in less than 24 hours after I did everything that was needed to be done. I recommend them highly for any funding needs you may have for your commercial equipment!
