ATC Income Tax - visit Old NTL Office Riverdale Rd, College Park

Went in to see Latricia and she got me the maximum amount. She was very nice, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. She also got me qualified for a loan. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. GO SEE HER! You won't regret it!

Went in this morning for a estimate and was greeted as I walked in by the receptionist. I let her know I was just wanting estimate and she sat me down with Tika which gave me a estimate. I decided I wanted to wait until my W2s come in being I don’t want to get a advance or anything. Tika assured me to come back with W2 and she will be glad to finish my return.

Latricia Knights was very very excellent. You dont see to many young people that can carry themselves as professional. The whole office staff that was here was professional. The phones were very busy. But no one in the office made it look like they was stressed. Anyone that's looking to do taxes. This location is great.

Latricia was outstanding and helpful, she been helping me with my tax filing needs for years she breaks down everything to the your understanding and she shows she cares about the client she is helping. She is a great team player and great manager too. Latricia is a keeper and i appreciate her knowledge.

My experience with ATC Income Tax was great! I was assisted immediately and with kindness. Even through frustration and other clients, all forms and processes were thoroughly explained with a smile and nice playlist, definitely stop by if you want your taxes done right!

Latricia was so helpful, she actually did my paperwork over the phone and I came in after work to sign everything and I was all done. I also qualified for a in house loan of 200 and it all worked out fine. She was very patient with me knowing that I ask a lot of questions. They give u a breakdown on how much everything cost and that's what I like. GREAT SERVICE!!!! Will be coming next year for sure. I also referred my boyfriend and received a 50 dollar referral bonus. : )

I had such great service here I have been filing my taxes here for the past 5 years. My tax preparer Latricia Knight is such a great tax preparer she always very professional. Also Jasmine greeted me and was very friendly.

My mother Latricia Knight and ATC did me good i went in to the office with no money and was able to leave with a check the same day, her and her staff is awesome and they work hard to met all your needs!! You down to ATC at 5658 Riverdale Rd and check her and her staff out!

The customer service is okay ..... doing the holidays and I mean any I feel like the customers should be more important or either if they know that that customer going to receive their tax return or something I would think they would do that before they take a four-day weekend to me it is unfair we are the customers we are the ones who actually pay you and it's not fair to the ones if we pay you and then you take vacation and it's sitting there for four days they shouldn't have to pay but half of what you had to do to get it processed it's not fair especially if I looked in the system and it said it was going to be there a certain day we are the customers we are the ones that bring the business to your company and you're doing a 2/3 Day holiday for day you should lease give us a discount because it's going to be sitting there until you return back to work on Monday that is not fair to us Riverdale location

Jasmine is really nice. She greeted me as soon as i walked in the door and got me take care of. i am definitely referring her to my friends and family!!!
