Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Main St, Forest Park

CHARMAINE LIED!! The worst experience ever! I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am. I arrived at 9:28am. There was not a banker or anyone in the lobby to check me in for my appointment. A lady (Charmaine) finally came from the back at 9:45am to start checking people in. After I told her I had a 9:30am appointment, she proceeded to tell me they were behind on their appointments. I even asked Charmaine (the lady) how long I would REALISTICALLY have to wait to be seen, and she told me 30-minutes….. however, when the other guy banker came out to grab a 10:30am appointment, I stopped him and told him No bc I had a 9:30am appointment. He then proceeded to tell me that my name wasn’t even checked in, which means Charmaine LIED!! I ended up waiting an additional 1-1/2 hour just to be serviced, which in return, caused me to be late for my son’s doctor appointment! I never do business at this branch, and only came here because they were the only ones who had a sooner Saturday appointment. Dissatisfied!!! This further proves my reasoning for not doing business at this branch!

Brenda the teller is literally the worse! FIRE BRENDA, I stood in line for a long time finally got to the front of her window after she called me up and I had to wait on her to finish up with a customer. My business checks weren’t endorsed and she told me to get out of line when she could have waited for me to sign them. Takes 5 secs and she thought it was funny.

The best one in Clayton country, easy for any business or personal purpose. Mrs Theresa Nguyen so nice and kind and good experience

Had to do 1 star in order to do the review.. This is the worst bank ever. They have 4 ATM's and NONE OF THEM WORK..Not just 1 day ALWAYS... I'm so not understanding why the person responsible for the ATM's hasn't stepped up and handle this problem..This location definitely is in need of an employee revamp..

Very few Tellers and a line on Fridays going out the door . Other days they are open-- 2 Tellers other Staff walking around. Need to open up a window just for getting quarters, dimes etc. Coins only window. Put sign up stating that. Even if they have to do Staggered hours for coins only. Bank of America is not like it was 3-4 yrs ago.

Wow… I’ve never in my life waited in line so long. The drive thru is closed & it’s only a few Tellers working… I understand being understaffed, but this is on a another level. 1st time at this branch & definitely my last..WOW

This location is one of the best I’ve patronized from a customer service perspective. Not only are they always friendly. But the tellers really do a great job of taking care of merchant clients. The Forest Park location is definitely a unicorn in terms of Bank of America branches. Good service with a smile. Charmane specifically always has a pleasant disposition and is easy to transact with. Would definitely advise to use this particular location.

This bank is absolutely worst when it comes to managing their lines. They’ll be 50 people lined out the door and only two tellers working at the most. There’s more employees walking around than assisting their customers. Bank of America corporate needs to see that this bank is in a high functioning area and supply this location with more staff to run the location . They don’t even operate drive thru at this location either. They close down now one day a week and don’t ever expect to get anything done in a reasonable time at this location. I’ve been to several other locations thru the area and been able to always get in and out with in 10 mins. You’ll easy spend 30 plus mins here at any given time (and that’s being said lightly).

My 4th time coming to service my account. I make my appointment online thinking it'll be faster & i always have to wait atleast 1 hour to be seen.....

This has to the slowest bank in the world. They never have more than two tellers. Most of the people that go in here act like they have never been to a bank before. They have plenty of people to open accounts but that's were their customer service end. I wish my company would change our account to Wells Fargo. This place sucks and no one that works here cares. They have the attitude like their are doing you a favor and you owe them something.
