She took the time to thoroughly explain each step. She answered all of my questions even after hours and weekends. She was patient, prompt, professional and kind. She knows her stuff and was willing to take the extra mile to ensure that I was making the most informed decisions and getting the best deals. I can't say enough about Lawanda and HIP Mortgage!

If you are looking for ANY home financing options, this is where you want to go! As a first time homebuyer so many things about the home buying process caused me anxiety, but none so much as the money side of it. I'm a person who likes to know every detail i can and asks a ton of questions. Shiba and Ashlee were patient, understanding, responsive and all around amazing to work with! Most of the time if i asked a question, i would get an answer within 24 hours - alot of times within a couple of hours! And when we were having trouble getting an offer accepted with FHA, they found a conventional option with still favorable terms for us, when other places said they couldn't. And it's not just purchases they excel at. Every week I saw on their ig that they were closing refi loans like crazy. I'm so glad thay i was recommended to them and plan to use them again for any future refis/purchases!

The ladies here are awesome. Naomi was very friendly, helpful and prompt on getting the documents in order. Toshiba went above and beyond to help me whenever I reached out to her. She was never to busy to respond back to me or to explain something that I didn’t understand. It was my first purchase and she would always let me know that I could reach out if I needed to and for that I’m grateful. Lawanda Gary is the epitome of professionalism. She is definitely a service leader in the industry. I have been wanting to purchase a newer home (2nd property) for over 10 years.
