Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Mt Zion Rd, Morrow

The ATM on the side was working fine but the entire thing was missing when I came last time. The ATM in the drive though is really high unlike other locations I’ve went to. I could barely touch the screen. When I was able to deposit something, it jammed in the slot and I had to yank it out. 😔

I have a business nearby and this is my go to bank for pretty much everything. I do not like the fact that no matter what day of the week it is there is a long wait and only one person working at the counter maybe 2 if I’m lucky. I’m in here at least 3 days a week and every time it’s same thing. I’m considering switching banks altogether because I need a bank in the area that is ready for the traffic that comes in on a daily basis. Once I do finally get to a window everyone is so sweet every time so that’s a good thing. This locations just needs more workers and also to make the drive thru available again

The wait time is horrible. They only have one teller working and the line is extremely long. I have to pay my bill through this bank but i would definitely never use this bank for any other reason. Needs better customer service.

I walked to this location to get cash for the bus. After walking for 2 hrs. A d the time o google says they use at four a d it was 2:12 whe. I hot here and doors are locked

Stood in line for 30 minutes because they only have 1 teller but 3 people working in the office. One person can only do so much. My fees don't pay for long lines. They pay for banks to have enough tellers.

I wonder how a bank can have so much negative reviews and the management has not done anything to change the reputation of the bank. Reading through the reviews shows how inept the staff of the bank are in CRM. My experience at the bank today prompted me to wanna close my account with Bank of America.

This may be one of the very busiest B&A locations I have been in and no matter the time of day. However, despite some needs for process improvement, I have found every single representative to be so very nice and communicates with me in some manner. IMPORTANT if you are reading this....make an appointment on line if you need to meet with a representative; this was highly advised by their team due to their volume and something I was not aware of.

Don’t ever come in if you have anything else to do !! There is always one teller and there is always a wait, But there is always one or two other people in the back doing other things, you would think the first priority would be to get the customers in and out! There were at least 20 ppl behind waiting. The one teller was with a customer for 20mins!! To top it all off they have horrible customer service! They really need to do better!!

Always long lines inside, but this location does have 4 ATM's outside & 1 inside (all with Teller Assist). I stopped going inside the bank as soon as I discovered Teller Assist . If you have an account with them, use Teller Assist ( live, remote bank teller, capable of cashing checks, making deposits, etc. ). They're open before the bank & they close later than the bank. Use technology to your advantage people.

Worst bank Ive ever been to customer service is terribly line was extremely long with one Rep. But they had many employees there. I will never bank with BA. All I wanted was to cash a check. That's why I love Chase.
