    What happened to the good old days when customers could walk into a bank and receive service without an appointment? Is this a bank or a doctor's office? Multiple hour wait without an appointment is absolutely unacceptable especially when you have to book a week out for the earliest appointment. Please staff this branch or close it. This branch has been understaffed for years now, new management please.

    The employees here are sometimey. Some find simple solutions to problems like simply sending the deposit container back if I need to put more money in & get there job done. others make simple stuff more difficult than it need to be by making me come inside a crowded bank. They got 8 parking spaces and 6 is handicap. Idk I guess it’s just me. I just really don’t see why I need to come inside to do 2 rounds of deposits. It’s not hard. I’m not depositing 2 million dollars in ones. Like -___-

    I was sent to this branch from the Jonesboro branch because they have a notary public. I needed to open a Trust Account. The bankers were in informed about these accounts and the forms associated with them. I spent an hour and forty five minutes opening an account that should have taken 30 minutes. The banker that served me and the manager he was speaking advice from were totally incompetent.

    Tracy Crowder was the worst most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with in my life. She didn’t know the answers to none of my questions. So many side conversations with her coworkers. Her attitude is very childish and Seems as if she don’t enjoy her job. Not a good look for the banking business.

    Worst customer service. The banker whose name is Tracy was so rude with us. She talked to us without even looking at us. She told us to go in her office room with a wave hand and with an impolite way. We didn't even know that She talked to us. I didn't know what made her to treat us like that. We are Asians. Do you guys welcome Asians to your branch or not? First, she was rude with me. During the service, she was so rude with my aunt and uncle. We were so disappointed, but we are glad that we closed our account today and we don't need to come back Wells Fargo to be treated like that. Please provide your staffs a good training on customer services.

    Hire more staff. Walked in on a Monday morning and the line was long as hec. Not the first Wells Fargo ive been to like this.

    Went here to get a cashiers check, Ana was really nice and respectful. Tracy crowder on the other hand is rude and disrespectful.

    Wow, this is alarming! My experience when I went to open my business account was very pleasant and the representative that help me was very helpful.this was about 2 years ago. I do need to go back and do business with Wells Fargo, but to read all the negative comments I don’t think so. I guess I have to go to the White People Wells Fargo! (THAT’S NOT GOOD MY PEOPLE). Treat people how you want to be treated, that’s my gospel! So, i will give a 4 star for the 2 yrs., visit and a 1 star for all of the negative reviews.

    Worse customer service. We were trying to make an appointment to open the new account and the lady at the door pointed out to the website said for us to make an appointment. Cmon guys why can’t you understand my uncle is 70 years old and he’s not good like you guys about going on website to make an appointment. Why can’t you guys do like other branches and be more helpful. You could’ve make an appointment over the phone for him ..... but oh well very disappointed. One of the worse experience!!!!!!!!!
