    Had the most pleasant time over here. I was lucky enough to have Ms. Nukeshia Chalumeau and she gave us the most down to earth professional service. I felt really good they way she worked with us. Quite pleased with the whole experience.

    Not the best bank to bank with honestly... the managers don't care about your situations and they're rude and not friendly.. The only nice person there was Alicia and the teller that's there. Everyone else not helpful and long waiting periods to get actual help. Glad my banking relationship is over with them. Do not recommend this branch location

    I use this bank for business and personal when i started here many years ago when it was first bank and then turned to regions, you could not ask for better service. NOW total different ball game. Customer service is pretty good most times the wait is always an issue. The manager of this bank will not return your calls when leave messages --since covid has happened no one can tell me why my account keeps getting hit with 36.00 overdraft fees when i haven't over drafted! If i overdraft i feel responsible to pay the damn fee but when i haven't i will be dammed if i'm gonna pay for it! Im taking my business to heritage!

    I had went to deposit my daughters work check and I was in line for 45 mins and soon as I got to the window the heffa in drive thru tells me that she's closed and I informed her I been waiting before 12 and just had to deposit my daughter's check because she was out of the state and needed her money since she was returning home Sunday and the heffa still saud no. I ask was the manager in and she said they don't work on the weekends. I'm so disappointed at the rude behavior of these new people in here now. She could of asked the cars at the window to tell us that they were the last vehicles to be serviced instead of letting us stand in line still.

    Luckily I only have to go to this bank on the rare occasion. When I do, I typically use the drive through, which is very slow. I can sit there for 15 minutes while waiting for them to serve the two cars ahead of me. They're polite enough, but that doesn't make up for the long wait in the drive through.

    I just opened and account with Regions and I just decided to close my account and bank with someone else the Branch Manager lady made me feel very uncomfortable she belittle me with her slick side remarks. she was very stuck up and rude and sarcastic and not friendly at all so I will never step foot back at this location or bank with regions again. Very unprofessional.

    When I went to close my account, they told me that there is a fee, which doesn't make sense. The fee schedule doesn't list a charge for closing accounts unless they're open less than 180 days, and I've had mine over a year. I agreed to the cost, but then they failed to communicate to me that the fee would be for each account. Combining the balances onto one account is not hard and doesn't take long to do, and they did not give me this option. So without letting me know beforehand and when it was all said and done, they charged me the same fee twice. This could have been easily prevented. They do not have the customer's best interest at heart, and it's a perfect example of bad customer service.
