I'm a Loan Officer and have successfully closed many transactions with the team at Title One. I've not always made it easy on them - sometimes last minute changes, or docs late in the afternoon, or whatever else we as a lender can throw at a title company. Not that we mean to cause issues, just the nature of lending and deadlines and such. EVERY single time - these folks pull it off for me. I consider this team not only a business partner, but I've made friendships here as well. Amazing work, everyone - I really appreciate you!
