Went there yesterday pawned something came out with two little girls bikes that they just gave me great guys great service I would go back in a heart beat

I couldn't Believe that they had a 12" jl audio dub 7 in a Box that was not in very good shape needed to be recarpeted very used speaker they wanted $999 for it I offered them 800 cash they wanted to tell me no not right now who does that I thought pawn shops were in to buy sell trade Won't be doing any business with them anytime soon They don't even deserve one star but I had a press it so I can post this

Prices on used Blu-ray super high, and a pain to shop for. You have to almost sit on the floor to see them. Bought a Chromecast, they gave me a filthy power cord. So much dirt on it, I thought it was a special design on the cord. Until I looked closer...

Shoutout to Mac for the great deal on my toolbox and tap set. Awesome honest people all around.

Came into the store looking for a laptop. Nevada was eager to help and gave me a great discount with a free charger! He has a wonderful and calm energy and you can tell he really cares about the customers. One of my best experiences at a pawn shop by far!

All of the Pawn 1 locations have great customer service, but the Hillyard location has the best variety of tools. I can tell the employees at this location love their jobs and are always looking to help find the things you need. The prices are always fair and the customer service is great. By far the best Pawn shop in Spokane.

Pawn 1 has a great selection and excellent customer service. I had an especially good visit there recently with my son. He was purchasing his first knife and Nevada helped us find a great starter blade. I highly recommend this location

Nick was a big help on assisting me with my transaction. I had gotten a MacBook Air that I paid over $400 for. It ended up not running the programs that I needed so I was stuck with the $400 gift card for pawn 1. nick helped me get my cash back thank you again!

Excellent service by Brent! I was interested in purchasing a hand gun and knew nothing about them yet Brent took quality time to educate me not only about the many different types of hand guns but the laws concerning owning one. Super impressed with the service. Definitely recommend this store!

I just had a great experience at the Hillyard Pawn 1 with Tim, Tyler, and Elissia. All of them had extensive knowledge on all the items we looked at and purchased. All three of them have great customer service skills and were happy to help. Tim and Tyler are very welcoming as well as Elissia. Having people like them really make you want to come back again.

Tyler is an awesome guy. I came by and bought a PS4 console and when I got it home the console wouldn’t power on. I brought it back in and he spent the time to help me get it running and make sure everything worked properly. Thank you Tyler!

When i walked I this store Tyler greeted me in a absolout caring and professional way, he answered every question I had, and gave me what I thought was extremely fair for the items I sold,, usually I get intimidated when I go to a pawn shop but all around great experience, I thought Tyler was a manager due to how much knowledge he has and instead he just started 3 months ago, I was impressed , pawl 1 on market is my go to from now on!!!

Pawn 1 in Hilliard has some of the best staff, They make it point to greet every customer and assist them in a timely and professional manner. The manager Trevor goes above and beyond to help his customers. I have become a regular at this store and will continue to make this my go to store when looking for firearms, electronics, jewelry and tools as prices are fair and some of the best in town.

Awesome place to shop! I have bought two motorcycles and lots of other items.. Great prices. Bought a lot of tools. If there was any issues with any items Dan would always take care of me. Always great customer service! I stop by every few weeks to see what great deals I may get.

I. Have been coming into this store for about 6 years now. I live out of town but I stop by at least once a month to see what I might want or need. The crew there, ALWAYS greets me as I walk in with a welcoming tone. The atmosphere there is upbeat and friendly and you can always be sure of a laugh. They are helpful when I'm looking for something specific. If they don't have what I'm looking for they keep an eye out for the item I would like. Every Time I come in to the hillyard store I am greeted politely upon entering and I am able to get advice on how to use or maintain items of my interest. I love the friendly and helpful customer service I receive from the many employees that work there. I have bought many items from this store from video games/movies to jewelry to electronics to yard equipment and firearms. The prices are reasonable and cheap.
