I needed to replace some stolen tools and I wanted the replacements to be well worn like mine were! Popped into Axel’s because they are known for their great selection of tools. I was pointed in the right direction and given plenty of time to make my selection with plenty of questions asked and answered! Jacob even gave me a good deal on my bundle. I highly recommend this business!

Always fun to go in and look around. Family friendly and you are always greeted with a nice hello and how are you. Staff knows the items well and has great knowledge about them. Sometimes I just go in and talk with the staff because they are always so nice. They love for people for people to come in and talk with them as well. I feel I have known them for years. No high pressure sales or anything of that sorts. great Place (A+++)

Cameron was very helpful with my online order. As I was doing the background check a very rude and verbally abusive individual was asked to leave and Cameron maintained a positive and professional manner and getting the individual to vacate the premises.

This is a GREAT pawn shop, and now even better that they have Jacob. We were at another pawn shop he used to work at and I was mentioning how much I missed him being there, he was so helpful and honest, I had no idea where he went. Then bam! There he was when we stopped into Axels Pawn Shop! Of course he helped me out like he did in the past, was very knowledgeable about the iPad I was wanting to purchase and everything went perfectly. Axels pawnshop is the best and the cheapest place to buy sell firearms and do private transfers. Was greeted as soon as we walked in by salesperson name Kamren. The guy I traded a firearm with got his proceed right of way mine took a while. This is why I would do Business again at this pawn shop cuz the pawnshop closed at 5pm. Kamren at Axels pawn shop locked the doors and let us wait inside for 15-munutes after closing till Kamren received a proceed on transfer of rifle. He understood that I was from out of town and knew it would suck if I had to drive another 6 hours from my home to Spokane and back home. So yes I would recommend Axels pawnshop to anyone. Highly recommend talking to ( KAMREN ) everyone else was really nice to. Oya did not get that look from any of the employees at Axels pawnshop like it’s Saturday get out so we can go home.

I'd have to say, this shop has been around a while and it's always had the best selection for a pawn shop. The other day i was looking over a chainsaw and Jacob Haine showed me a few details I'd missed. Excellent service all around. Keep it up.

One of the best places I have ever went to! Especially after me and my boyfriend had come from eagle pawn and they profiled him for his color . That’s not acceptable and almost ruined our night after we were looking for gifts but then we decided to stop on by . When we came in we were automatically greeted by mike ( we forgot his name but he was the gentleman on Thursday in the gun section , we want him to be recognized) he let us know that we could ask him for any information of help with the items on display. My boyfriend got to look at multiple guns and knives that he liked and had a great experience! Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy there job and mike was the best person we’ve probably interacted with at a pawn store . I ended up buying two Christmas presents from here for him. I was super into the atmosphere and the story’s about the items I had bought . We can tell the store has a great dynamic and is customer driven .

Every employee I have worked with (for loans & purchases) has been exceptional. They are friendly, professional, and fair in everything. For buying tools they have a great inventory and low prices. I did a gun transfer with Axels. The fees are the best in town. It was fast and easy. Jacob kept me informed on the transfer and made sure I brought what I needed. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This is a large store and has every tool you can imagine. And they have a mascot. Pretty cool place.

I came into axels to find a special gift . They were able to find me exactly what I wanted and also gave me an amazing discount . While we were there my grandson locked the keys in the Car it was going to cost 100 to get it open . Jacob an employee used the tools they had and opened it in a couple min. So I want to thank you guys for being so kind and helpfull .and saving me a lot of money .I will be shopping there again.

Troy is the best. I was down on my luck it's winter time cold out.. long story short I took a few items into Troy's shop an he was VERY FAIR.
