I took my son to find a receiver, to hook up his speakers and whatnot, and Double Eagle on Sprague was our first and only stop. We went in not knowing too much about receivers. But, Dana helped us out so much!!! She was so knowledgeable and friendly. This receiver happened to still be in the box it came in, unopened! High quality items all throughout the store. Thanks again Dana.

I purchased a rc truck and got home batteries where no good from sitting and very expensive! I called and talked with the manager I purchased the truck from and they are taking care of the issue! Supper friendly people I will tell everyone I know to come here. Its clean and has lots of great items my family always find something awesome to bring back! Thanks for being so awesome guys! I have been going to Dubble Eagle for years and have never had a complaint. They're always professional and considerate. Not to mention the sweet dills on merchandise I picked up over the years. Such as a 60" Vizo smart TV that I still have and ues. A Onkyo receiver and they carry damn near any tool you'll ever need or work and hobby and with the new show room the place is second to none. And if I'm short on cash they have always been generous with the loans. I have nothing but positive experiences with thees guys. The hole team are a class act.a step above the rest. They are and will always be my first choice of pawn brokers.

Ken and Cassie are two amazing employees. At the north location nick has always been so professional and helpful. Answering all my questions and educating me. There’s a reason I keep coming back.

Assistant manager was awesome and super helpful, he cut a deal for me when I bought my purchase and remembered me from the day before when it was to busy to get to me. He also told me about the deal that comes with purchasing jewelry there.

Great place for pawning items if your looking for a little extra money if you're running low and trying to make smaller payment such as Pre-orders and the likes, just be sure not to forget the due date.

I always am treated quickly and cordially with my purchase or pawn. I have never had any item lost or damaged....and I only missed one item, due to my fault, but they offered to notify me with a text in case I forget again and I also have enjoyed their friendliness.I don't trust anyone more..since 2008!

We love Double Eagle Pawn for movies and video games. They always have a big selection with great prices. Today when we asked if they had any old ‘tube’ style TVs, Kyle went out of his way to bring one out from the back, clean it off and make sure everything worked, including hooking up a DVD player. We appreciate the awesome customer service, we’ll definitely be back!

A long time ago I left a negative experience review and decided to never return. Today, I wanted to give them another chance since it's been so long. I went in to check out pricing on very specific items. The lady that helped me was very patient and understanding regarding my questions and time spent looking at the particular items... She spent her time with me and was very friendly and professional... I even ended up buying something I honestly and totally didn't need, but that's how gun stores work for most of us gun enthusiasts, haha. Overall, good experience and really good customer service. Very positive experience. Recommended.

Went in there today to see Adam who was really nice and fair after having a bad experience across the street at Pawn 1 today. Double Eagle gained 2 customers today, Pawn 1 lost 2. I hope more people go to Double Eagle instead too after reading my reviews of both places! At Double Eagle they are nice, not insulting, are actually fair with their offers and are truly helpful not just pretending to be! Double Eagle you are awesome!!! Went back today, Dana was amazing and so helpful.

Easy and fair loans. Willing to work with you to get you the most value on your items. Buying used items off the shelf is a little pricey but willing to come down as much as possible. Friendly staff that greet you as you enter. Also, text messages a week in advance of forfeiture of my property is super helpful. When I have a memory lapse and forget about my loans this is right on point for sure. I use to go to different pawn shops around town, not anymore. Pawnee a fairly pricey aluminum floor jack with a rival pawn shop couple years ago. My wife and I both couldn't remember which shop it was in (our fault we know) (need better paperwork handling yes). Called every shop in Spokane looking for it. Knew it was almost due to forfeit. Not one shop said they had it. A month later I find the paperwork for it. Called this particular shop 3 times checking if it was there, well I forfeited it of course. Just saying with text messages from Double Eagle I wouldn't have forfeited a very nice floor jack. Anyway thanks again to all the employees of Double Eagle I have had the pleasure to interact with.

Well for one thing, they observed me enter carrying a few items, the staff were very gracious to offer me a place to sit my items until it was ready for the next person.

I would write you a. 3 star because when I pawned my ring I was never asked if it was okay if he scraped up my ring to check the gold carrot level he was very polite but wasn't professional enough to ask me if I was okay with him doing that to a ring that was my wife's grandmother's Dad's ring which means its a family heirloom and by the looks of it you could tell it was real gold and all I asked for was a $40 loan which in my eyes should have needed to scratch it up to make the loan

I had an emergency vehicle is down and I needed a little extra so I can get my vehicle fixed they took care of me and as we speak I am headed back to get that vehicle fix I want to say a big thank you to the assistant manager that was on duty today I don't remember the name I apologize but I am 50 years old but thanks a bunch

Was a good experience Dealing with the WELL KNOWABLE STAFFING That I had dealt with when I initially started to start the layaway program process There's at Double Eagle Pawn Shop. Though the 1 set back I had was my waiting period or process doesn't start until I FULLY PAID OFF MY HAND GUN, which is fine and I understand the rules but it just wasn't FULLY explained by STAFF at the time of my first placed payment until after I had already paid and then was told that I would have to pay the gun off FULLY B4 the waiting period started... just kinda killed the whole advantage of the layaway process I thought. But all good now got my Merchandise and Works like New!

Always easy to talk to & they truly want to help you out when you need it. They always have lots of items to browse through & new stuff is constantly put out. Very fair pricing for items as well. Never use Pawn 1 because their customer service is just not the same! As well as their pricing being higher than Double Eagle's.
