Double Eagle has been the only Pawn shop I have done business with for over 20 years. They are the best in town and the staff are more than just employees they are pleasant and helpful , they've become my friends. Always greeted with a smile and willing to go the extra mile to help you with whatever your needs. No need to go anywhere else but the best. Check them out I know you'll agree. D.E. is one of my favorite businesses in town. I spend 90% of my time in their armory. I have bought five firearms and many hundreds of ammo rounds from them, and pawned one firearm back at a very reasonable amount. Huge selection of tools and video media. Every employee there has been super cool to me while answering all of my questions in a polite manner.

I have been shopping at Double Eagle since IT was just a little store on Sprague that Sean started 20+ years ago and the Double Eagle store in Deer Park. I didn't even know about the Deer Park store until about six years ago. I have purchase many items for myself, family and friends. I also buy some items for resale. Through those years I have done quite a bit of haggling with Sean and his employees. I have come to think of them as friends. I would say they are SUPERB people and Very Knowledgeable. Today I had a problem, and Carlie went the Extra Mile to help me resolve it. Carlie took time away from what she was doing and listened to me in an understanding way and came up with solutions that resolved the matter. I have never considered writing a review for anyone else, but Carlie has consistently been Warm and Respectful in terms of how she has treated me. I say this because, Carlie seems to AUTHENTICALLY CARE about Double Eagle customers and THE DOUBLE EAGLE BUSINESS!!! Becoming a regular customer and a familiar face is proven helpful when I need a little bit more cash then would normally be considered here at the Francis X2 Eagle. And as well it should be. Most pawn shops don't get it and are very rigid dealing with long time customers, not these guys. Much respect to my peeps! <3

I contacted DEP a week prior to my visit and spoke with Sean about ordering a firearm. During my visit on 4-5 I had the pleasure of meeting Sean who had remembered me from my phone call inquiry. He was able to help get my firearm ordered and was also able to help me get a second firearm for my wife. I will definitely be returning there for future busniess

Employees at the store were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They know where most everything is located off hand and love to carry conversation without ignoring any other customers.

Double Eagle is always a great stop. They've got a lot of everything. Jewelry, musical instruments, bikes, movies, tools, games and GUNS! It would take hours just to look at the rifles, not even the accessories or pistols. If they don't have it in stock, they can get it for you. They have an extensive jewelry section with somthing for everyone, and even silver or gold that you can buy for saving up. Lots of TVs, tools, bikes, and other odds and ends. Bryson has taken great care of my parents in the past buying jewelry, and Jeff helped pick out my wife's engagement ring. The employees here are so great, and I've never had a bad experience with any of them.

I use dep for small emergency situations like my truck needed ball bearings and I have gotten great service and have the greatest respect for the workers.

A good selection of firearms, although at times, maybe too many. It is possible to get "looker's fatigue," especially when it is warm. I have bought firearms and other items there occasionally and have always gotten fair prices and good service. I would not continue going there if I did not. And it certainly is not a plea for "freebies" or discounts, but other stores do offer military and LE discounts. Always appreciated but no grumbling if anyone doesn't.

I went in to Double Eagle Pawn on Francis in Spokane and had 3 guns transferred to me. The customer service was very professional and yet personable at the same time. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The inventory they carry is unreal! What a huge variety of guns. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend shopping there.

If I could do a negative star rating I would. I Recently bought a brand new Washburn acoustic electric guitar (my first), a used Fender amp, and a new plug in cord here. Guitar was out of tune, tuner was broken, they sold me an electric amp for an acoustic guitar. Once home, I didn't like the tone of the instrument. Tried to return everything 2 days later. I was told 'All Sales are final' It's on your receipt. (Do you every read your receipts?) This policy was not posted anywhere nor was I told by the employee who sold me the gear. I argued with the cashier, the manager, the manager's boss. The best I could do resulted in a $198 loss to me. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!

I went to double eagle to buy a pedal for my guitar. The pedal they sold me didn’t work. Staff was very helpful in trying to fix it or set me up with another. But alas, all of their pedals seemed to have the same problem. So despite their refund policy I was refunded in full and sent on my way. 10/10 would shop there again. They walked me threw the silencer-shop kiosk for my second suppressor. I do recommend Double Eagle to any and every one that ask. Honestly a few people that don’t ask too. Went to buy some ammo followed by a massive line. An employee singled me out and brought me over to a register to save me the time and hassle of just buying ammo. Gone to this place many times and have always been pleased with the amount of “you doing okay?” Questions I get. Always pleased with customer service and I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy a gun or anything else.

I have nothing but good things to say about the selection, prices and service! I received prompt service with Nick. He was very knowledgeable in the firearms area. I got what I was looking for and was out quick! I called all around town trying to find a certain handgun just released this year from production. Nobody else had it in stock, Double Eagle had at least two new ones, that I know of. Good experience!

I honestly feel like this shop is like none other in their line of business. Most shops I've been in feel like they're there to take your merchandise at the lowest possible cash value leaving you feeling ripped off where these guys stand apart is when you're trying to get your stuff back he'll work with you almost indefinitely as long as you stay in contact and hold up your end of the bargain. If you get in a position will you need to pawn some stuff give these guys a try they're a lot better than Pawn 1

Dan was a huge help. He helped me find the right bass guitar for my daughter. Helped me tune it and played it for me . It sounded awesome. Helped me place it on layaway so I could come back today after paycheck and get it. Also helped me with a case and pick choices as I was lost. Will be going back there for a flute soon. I have had several dealings with Double Eagle Pawn on Francis in Spokane during the past few years. Every single experience has been a great one. The employees there are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and beyond reasonable. The purchases I have made there were exceptional...items in new or lightly used condition, priced way below actual value, which makes it possible to buy things I otherwise would not have been able to afford. They have been open to offers below the more than fair asking prices...And, they have gone way above any expectations I have had in every way. No nicer people in town...always a really enjoyable experience when I go there. From me, they get 5 stars and the highest recommendation !!

I went here for a PS4 and a 32 inch television. The guy discounted from the asking price and was ready and willing to help me. He went over and beyond by making sure the previous users were deleted, and the television was set to English. My overall experience here was Great! This store seems clean and organized as well.

Juan is an excellent employee and helped me tremendously with my transactions! I came in to pick up my item and also wanted to look at some power tools as I was in need of some upgrades. good staff but whoever is doing the prices on the tools needs a reality check went in looking at welders and there prices where close to new prices they even had a cheep Chinese eBay welder for more then what they cost new lol. walked around to the next spot and seen a compressor that was the same model i had just got a couple of weeks ago for $10 less then what i payed at home depot and it was in pretty rough shape, at this point i just left.

11-1-20 OMG this place is AWESOME!!!!!! IT has 4x as many guns as all the other stores. I bet this place has more handguns then most shops combined. I went in to look for a Sig P226 and i was so so so so surprised to see like 8 models. The only only downside is the drive from the valley and im going to be spending a lot of money there.

Saddly had to walk out and drive over to Sportsmans Warehouse. I just got my new M1 Garand from CMP and wanted an M1A and BAR (Inheritance is a one time chance). I do not like chain stores. I had 4700$ in my pocket along with a Concealed permit and C&R license...just wanted to order the BAR Safari and pick up the M1A in .308. They do not order for you at this time at Double Eagle or treat give you much time as a customer if they dont see the instant sale. Too bad I would have bought the only .308 M1A even tho it was a bit more being the loaded version, but thankfully Sportsman was happy to ring me up for $3972.18 and give me a nice recipt to pick up my new Scout M1A and Safari BAR 10Rd in 8 days. Good luck folks, double eagle aint bad just busy with all the rookies and salsmen see a bit commission hungry right now.

Previously you could find some really interesting old guns there, there was a huge selection. Now they have no single old gun. Only new guns at somewhat high prices.

This is one of the absolute best gun stores I have ever been to in my life! The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to getting you the exact firearm you want not what they have. They went out of their way to help me find exactly what I want, if you are looking for a fantastic place to buy a gun, this place should be your first stop. Great store and even better people. Very knowledgeable about their firearms in the Gun Room, and always have an excellent stock of ammo. Firearms sold have minimal mark-up as well, and there is no pressure regarding making a sale. All in all, one of the best stores for firearms in Spokane.

I am a regular of Double Eagle on Francis, I was in the other day and I got to see some of the things these workers deal with, I just wanted to add to my review by saying I was there when Ali had his public blow up at Carley, and his review isn't even close to what really happened or what was said. She handled the situation very well and even went further and didn't let that horrible experience change her attitude towards the customers she helped afterwards. Carly was the rudest person Ive ever seen I hope double eagle read this review and have a good conversation with her first of all my drone is worth $800 and she is offering me half of that and then when I ask her if she can go a little higher she said get out of my store and go sell it by yourself and she walked away double eagle what shame that manager act like this poor customer service she have no manners how to talk with customer I don’t know why she is the manager a manager is suppose to have a little manners and know how to deal with situation not to kick out the customer

Service from Sean in Guns was phenomenal!! He’s educated about the Guns, he was prompt and well informed about ALL aspects of use, he was up front about costs and unbiased about different brands and most importantly, specifically to myself, he was patient and answered my questions without being condescending or making me feel stupid for askings. He had NO Problem with showing me how to load my gun properly and safely and even answered my questions regarding breaking down and cleaning my gun. My overall experience was Fantastic !

This place has the biggest new gun selection I’ve ever seen. This blows every place (including Cabelas) out of the water. Everyone who works here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. As a first time gun owner I’m so glad this was my first experience.

Ive only ever Bought From the Double Egale Pawn on Sprague Street. The Employee's were more then happy to make a fair deal and do Good business i bought a Smart TV and a PowerDrill. BUT! everytime i go in there to sell something, I get literally less then half the amount of enthusiasm and fairness when it comes to making a quote on Merch that im trying to Sell or Get a loan on, like i said tho that was the Double Eagle Pawn on Sprague NOT Francis. I have never bought Merchandise from the one on Francis just sold a few Movies and the kid was very sweet. He gave me 5$ less then what i asked im good with that. Overall D.E.P is a clean and organized store. Lines go quick...

I have only just recently gone in to browse their firearms. The service was great even with a massive volume of customers and the two firearms that were purchased were awesome. Going back in today to purchase a hunting rifle. Called them an hour ago and Nick was very helpful and knowledgable, took the time to discuss the best options for hunting rifles, and even went in the back to let me know everything they had in stock not just on the floor but there too with realistic price ranges. Would HIGHLY recommend them for all your firearm and ammunition needs, and judging by my experiences so far would highly recommend them for any other needs you may have as well.

Great gear, guns and ammo for hunting! I got my Remington 835 turkey shotgun, and Tikka T3 in 300 Win Mag and Vortex optics. Has been a great set up for elk and deer hunting!

Sterling is awesome! Double Eagle is way better then Pawn 1. One day I went to pawn 1 to go sell a few items and they offered me 12$ then I go to double eagle and this guy named Sterling gave me 3x what pawn 1 was offering me! I will definitely go back to them if I need to sell or pawn anything!

Re-writing my review. I've been in here a few times now and it's a good place to buy rifles but they tend to force people/nag at them to leave a 5 star review. I needed a audio system tested and they said they'd test It if i left a 5 star review.. kinda irritating to me honest. I'm assuming most of these reviews are from them telling customers to do so.. while my time spent there they told 5 other customers to do so as well. Used to like this place but since this started happening I wont return

Went in today to check out their gun stuff, ended up buying gaming headphones for my son. I spoke with 4 people in different departments about several items, all were extremely kind and professional. Lacy actually let me test the headphones and mic with her own cell phone, I wouldn't have done that for some stranger lol. Shes great. Awesome store and very good prices, even on brand new items.

These guys were great! I feel like everything in the store is MORE THAN FAIRLY PRICED. They have a bunch of power tool bundles that were extremely reasonable. The staff was helpful and let me try out a few guitars until I found the one I liked best. I also found an awesome Acoustic amp (2 channels for vocals and guitar) for under $50. These guys can almost put Guitar Center out of business with the used selection sometimes. Seriously, if you've got 10 minutes, stop in.

Sean at the North Double Eagle was so helpful and amazing! His customer service was excellent and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond and made our purchase and time worthwhile!

The only place to go! Their prices are better than the online stores, and their sales staff is knowledgeable. Often times, gun dealers always think they know what you want. Double Eagle, on the other hand, has been willing to offer time consuming personal advice and expertise, which doesn't come back to haunt the consumer in the sale price. The only reason for 2 stars is because they do have a great selection and inventory, however, customer service lacks to a point of burden. They have an intolerable “Don’t call us, we’ll call you” attitude. I have been to 2 locations and the one on Sprague was very friendly and helpful, but if you go to Francis location be prepared to be treated as a hassle. I will never shop at any of the locations again because of the poor customer service at Francis location. I know my measly purchases are only a drop in the bucket and I won’t be missed, but that’s my opinion. As I read more of the comments in the reviews, it would seem that I am not the only one, to the point that the rude person said the same thing to another customer........verbatim! “If we didn’t call then we don’t have it” no attempt to check or even an apology. I am seriously considering reversing the charge and going elsewhere.
