Purchased a TV that kept randomly turning on all on its own, I called up there, Andy with the beanie haha said, bring it back, he would try and fix it, he reset a setting on it and still did it, so he swapped me out with a little bit more of a charge for a nicer TV, and this one's working great. I would seriously recommend if you need anything, go to the pawn one on division guys, they are the best

Their good place when you need money just don't pawn your firearms with them you go to get your firearms out they take your money and screw with you on the background check.any other pawn shop in the world would be a better choice for pawning firearms.AVOID pawning your firearms with pawn1 at all cost

I worked there for years and I loved my job!! I treated customers with kindness and cared!! Got fired for actually making a customer happy after being rudely dealt with by the assistant manager and a Pawn broker. I was a jeweler there!! I loved it but has gone done hill since they let go all the ones that new what they were doing!!

Had a great experience at this pawn 1!! Sammy was such a big help, and super knowledgeable with all my questions on the jewelry. She was great- Could’ve talked to her for hours. She helped me pick out the perfect ring and I couldn’t be happier!!

I appreciate their honesty, integrity and great customer service. They gave me the best price when I was selling my wedding ring set. They held that price for me, while I shopped around. But. I returned, as I could not find a better deal, or better service.

I live on the east coast and after calling Walmart, Lowe’s, and searching Craigslist, to no avail, I reached Ari at Pawn 1. He was incredibly helpful finding a fridge and volunteered to drive it to my parents north side home free of charge! Ari helped me tremendously today. Highly recommend! THANK YOU, Ari!

I give 10 stars to the jewelry manager, Monet! Not only was she professional and very polite but she went above and beyond! I highly recommend this location. There was also another employee, Aaron, that was unbelievably kind. He was constantly checking in with me, letting me know he would be with me shortly. He even went out of his way while checking out another customer, he made sure to tell me to drive safely as I walked out the door. Wow, we need more people like this in the world!

I go to nearly all the pawn shops for the sake of collecting physical media and sometimes for other discounted finds. AJ at this branch induced that I'm into horror movies, showed me a lot of unpriced inventory in the back, and ended up cutting me a great deal, which really made my weekend. Make sure to check this place out if you collect games or blu-rays & DVDs.

The employees have very arrogant tudes and are even confrontational. I went in looking for a pressure washer and found one I liked. Then I seen it was missing its breather assembly. Not sure why they even took this in. I asked if they could go down in price, and they said 10 bucks. LOL.. sigh..... Then I asked to see if it worked. Again, more excuses and now attitude on top of it. And she assured me of their 24 hour return policy if it didnt work I could bring it back for a full refund, only available as store credit... They didnt seem to want to even make a sale. I offered to put the machine back where I got it and got an even more hostile attitude. In my day business that treated sales and customers like that generally went out of business pretty fast. But I guess because people depend on their welfare, they have grandiose tudes and think they are better than everyone else. Last time Ill ever buy anything from them.

Great selection of instruments and tools. Only issue is that if I am there to pawn something and get cash, it's because I want the cash only, not an employee's phone number. Please guys (pawn 1 employees) do not give your phone number to me if I didn't ask for it. It's unprofessional.

I've been going to pawn 1 since I was 5 and I remember early on when Aaron first started working there he was always very helpful and kind. Now it seems like he's just out to scam people. Very disappointed with this situation he FORCED on me.

Don't have any experience selling to them, but buying from them is usually a good experience. Good prices and fairly helpful staff, especially when it comes to the video and gaming section.

These guys are entirely amazing! They helped me understand the pawn and loan process and had no issue with pricing out each item snd assigning fair market pricing standards! They were super communicative and friendly most of all! Id recommend anyone to do business with pawn one on north division any time anywhere!!! Thank you so much pawn one!! Staff has always been gracious to me for a loan. Always gives me a fair offer. I have never purchased something that didn’t run or work as anticipated. Go in often, found a brand new in box kitchen aid from Costco for way less than the regular price. (Was the perfect gift for the wife)

Went in looking at random things to buy at this location. Pawn shops are supposed to be places to find good deals on stuff. This locations pricing is all over the place. For example they have a whole case of Milwaukee tools and batteries, and most identical items have different prices. Saw a fitness product that currently retails online for 99 bucks brand new, had a sticker price here of 140. Idk who is in charge of pricing things here, but get ahold of them if you want some really good drugs.

I am always greeted by name when I enter the N.Division store.. Aaron is always so very helpful and has sold me on hundreds of items over the years since I have dealt with this person.. Aaron has been very supportive on offering me warranties on the products I purchase.. I always see him on the pawn1 screen saver waving HI...what a great approach being made, This pawn shop is a very clean store, I reflect that to the great staff.. I usually see Aaron reorganizing items to make a better instore appearance and he is Proud of that message too, which it shows.. I very seldom make it out of the store empty handed.. I recommend this store to everyone, I have been in other pawn 1s and never greeted, thats why I always return to the N. Division store.. I feel that I am bragging but I feel very appreciated when someone such as Aaron takes the extra time to greet me.. a first impression is always what people remember and this person takes the extra time to greet myself even when he is with another customer .. I appreciate the products I have been sold.. I can count on one hand how many defective products I have purchased and I am always taken care of to make it right.. ..A++ ... keep up the positive reputation..See you all soon!! Thanks again.. Remember back when you went to pawn shop for a deal ?I tried that only to find attitude and the price was more then it cost new guess it's all about the money now days been a customer for almost a thirty years no more I understand they have over head but better then new price and not willing to deal what a shame ! Run off your loyal customers what do you have left ?
